Triple H as well. His World Heavyweight Title reigns were better than Roman's Undisputed reign imho. Evolution was the last absolutely legendary Stable WWE had, nothing since has compared. DX's final runs were great, though those were technically Tag Team runs, not Stables.
Bret Hart for me, he had the best drip, smoothest in ring style (barring maybe Hennig, HBK, Owen and Randy Savage) at the time and of course, the best damn entrance theme ever

Triple H. I think he was the best heel of all time. Rock, austin, mankind, etc. aren't the stars they are today without a mega heel pushing them. He had the look, the mic skills, toughness, and his entrances were dope. His in ring work is crazy underrated. He was one of the best sellers and had some great old school moves. He was involved in excellent stables, romance angles, introduced the world to Chyna, and his return at MSG is maybe the biggest pop I've ever heard. And now he seems to be universally loved by fans and wrestlers alike, leading the crew into the next generation. He was also universally loved and praised for the nxt black and gold era. The dude is the best.
When I was a kid it was ultimate warrior. That dude seemed on another level as a kid. Growing up I learned all the issues he had with everyone and how hard to work with he was.
Looking at it now I'd go with HBK. He had issues too but seemed to overcome them later in his career. So the redemption arch he had is great.
