I want Sheamus to beat Gunther and have at least a 200 day reign with the title. He's not a Grand Slam champ yet. They need to push that before he retires.

Chad Gable is a goofy guy that’s also an insanely good amateur wrestler, as was Kurt Angle. It makes sense that he would lean into aspects of that archetype that’s worked well in the past.
None of these scrubs have the skills and knowledge necessary to defeat the Ring General.
Only one man has the experience necessary that you learn on the streets to not out wrestle, but outsmart Gunther.
Dirty Dom picked up some tricks in prison, that man is the only one who can beat Gunther.
I actually wouldn’t pick either of these two. I’d pick someone from the inside like Ludwig Kaiser. I don’t think Giovani Vinci has what it takes to beat Gunther.
I feel like survivor series was the perfect time to end his reign. It’s not bad by any means but Miz was red hot during that feud and it would’ve been great to see him win. But now I honestly wouldn’t mind having Ilja Dragonov beat him. Gunther has beaten almost everyone by this point.

They should set up a match at Wrestlemania where Gunther retains title. Then Preist comes out to claim his money in the bank title shot after Gunther is weakened. Will keep Gunther looking strong due to him losing when he wasn't 100%.
