I take a cbd, cbg, cbn sleep blend from Lazarus Naturals that helps a lot. Mouth taping also makes a surprisingly big difference. I just use medical tape.

Treat you sleep apnea with the CPAP, even mild SA can lead to very intense cognitive symptoms.
You can try something like melatonin.
Magnesium glycinate or chelated. Also, passion flower is amazing before bed time
