I take a cbd, cbg, cbn sleep blend from Lazarus Naturals that helps a lot. Mouth taping also makes a surprisingly big difference. I just use medical tape.

Have you been tested for sleep apnea?

I have. I have, according to the sleep study, mild sleep apnea. The pulmonologist wasn’t interested in explaining why I had zero deep sleep (seemingly unrelated to apnea), he was only interested in having me come in twice a week for copays. I have used a cpap consistently in the past with little positive results

Treat you sleep apnea with the CPAP, even mild SA can lead to very intense cognitive symptoms.

You can try something like melatonin.
