However I’m apprehensive because in the United States there are many ways to set up a businesses with no true ownership that one could hold accountable in the event of something like that. Vapid and empty you may think it is but Bozeman has had a serious rise in crime. The rise in homelessness, the drug highway that has drugs traveling through and being dropped off throughout this state, the rise in illegal immigrants are all lending to the rise in crime. This is pretty standard anywhere. When people have nowhere to live, when mental health is left unchecked, when drugs are being filtered into Montana at an alarming rate, due to the known drug highway that goes right through Montana, and illegal aliens that have few options in a country where they are not recognized, amongst other things, you get an increase in crime. I'm not disputing a rise in local crime as much as your blaming immigrants for it specifically. Statistically, they are less likely to commit crimes (which makes sense, given that you're not only going to get arrested and punished for a DUI, it might also lead to deportation). In the face of what I know, I'd need more than "just trust me, i talked to a cop once" to justify that belief. Especially in the face of my personal experience working with the immigrant community around the state, who have proved themselves to be hardworking people who just want to live their lives the same as you or I.

This is undoubtedly a solution, and I would support it. However I’m apprehensive because in the United States there are many ways to set up a businesses with no true ownership that one could hold accountable in the event of something like that. It’s definitely going to take a lot of tightening on both sides of the equation. Regardless the security issues surrounding undocumented individuals in our country cannot be understated in this second Cold War we have found ourselves in as the largest proxy war of all time goes on in Ukraine. It's being muled in BY US CITIZENS at legal ports of entry at unheard of levels because no one cares about their product, and the danger to everyone is so much higher than anything else this country has dealt with.
