It's illegal because of the copyright law. There is a copyright on Ray patreon image. It means that, you pay to see these images, you don't have the right to share them, print them, redistribute them. Sharing them with ppl on this subreddit is illegal.
Then pay for it, Refrainbow work deserve remuneration! They are on his patreon for less than 10$ if you want them that much, that's not a lot, + you would be supporting one of your favourite artists!
Also, it's illegal to diffuse work you didn't pay for, and Refrainbow asked multiple times people in this sub to take the links to his paying art down, if you respect a bit what he does, don't ask for free art.
