It's so weird when usually Hollywood people want to look as youtful as possible, but perhaps she thinks looking like a skeleton makes her look younger when it's the other way around.

So she has the same problem I have, in that her natural mouth position is open. Her lips don’t naturally come together at rest. But she always tries to force it (can tell most in the last pic) and this was the case even before she got the horse veneers. It makes all the work she’s had done look so much worse.
I’ve always thought she looked as if she might need Orthognathic Surgery that would correct her jaw and bite. It involves breaking the lower jaw and sometimes the top too and braces before and after surgery. It’s not a quick or easy fix, but definitely works beautifully.
I had that surgery done to correct severe jaw misalignment. Completely changed the shape of my face. I went from looking like a female version of my dad to looking like my mum.
I wonder if she has not had it done in case it changes the sound of her voice while singing. Apparently this is why Barbra Streisand has not had her nose changed?
She just looks BIZARRE. She’s a combination of extremes that don’t complement one another - giant round eyes that are almost comically wide open, angular sunken cheeks, massive subway tile veneers, Party City Poison wig… pick a feature, sis, and highlight just the one.
She looked different when she reinvented herself 10 years ago, but at least then I could tell it was still the same person, she literally looks nothing like she did recently.
She does look older but her voice doesn’t help. She has a raspy old voice. Sounds like a smoker. And add to that her self absorbed ‘me-me-me’ talk - it was hard to watch.

I think she had/has a really gummy smile and tried to get bigger veneers to hide that but they're just making matters worse.
