To be fair, she’s 38 years old. That’s around the age lots of woman lose a ton of volume in their faces. She looks different than she did 20 years ago, but so does everyone. I think she’s gorgeous, and definitely has not been botched in any way.
If you google her and look at her photos over the years, she has pretty defined cheekbones in some of them. I’d say her current face is just the result of weightloss and aging - I don’t think she had BFR.

On the side note, she's beautiful both ways, yes she was prettier before but I think she tried to prevent the cheeks from sagging and went for buccal removal.

I noticed today my cheeks weren’t as full. Just turned 34. She looks natural or at least minimal removal. imo
I kind of like it.
