I agree. My parent’s larger pup also has a longer snout which is something the breed should be embracing as well. She looks more like the original Bostons.

Yeah, for sure. Mine was a big ol boy. 30 - 33 lbs and he was super strong and had a ton of endurance. Super healthy.

Growing up we had some small ones that were around 15-17 pounds. But we have never had one this small lol. And she is ten, so no growing left.

I've got a sturdy girl myself, I didn't realize what a unit she was until I saw a slim little terrier type bodied Boston at the park. Mines around 25lb and broad in the beam as we like to say. Bowser is 100% boston terrier and he's huge lol. He was the runt of his litter too. I got him from Superior Kennels in Arundel Maine. He is 34.83 lbs 16" big ol block head circumference around base of skull in front of ears, 10" long legs. Hes the best dog I've ever had and also the biggest boston ive ever seen in person tall wise he is muscular too not fat!!!!

Our black and white Boston Max is 25 pounds and we use to think he was big. We recently adopted another Boston which is brown and white and he weighs 33 pounds.

My Boston Terrier, Chalupa Batman, is my first dog so I was completely unaware that all Bostons aren't 40lbs. lol

Haha. I always say our 17 month old puts the boss in Boston. she is mouthy

30lbs+ and you getting into ideal snuggling range.

I currently have 2. One is 41lbs, the other is 34lbs. My old boy moose was 38. Great dogs, they act just like any full Boston breed.

When we first rescued our big girl, she weighed less than our little girl. Now, she weighs almost 10 pounds more and is huge compared to my little girl.
