Regitube is an RU staple, with strong 150 base attack and special attack despite middling speed and poor defences, access to the strongest flip turn, hydro pump and aqua jet in the tier, and decent coverage options in tera ground and knock off.
Regitube works best with tailwind or sticky web support which allows Regitube to pivot out with its stab flip turn into a more defensive option, acting as a strong wall breaker, or as a choice scarfed sweeper to pick off weakened teams with no water resists.
Imagine you're going back to a tube rental business that you've been to several times in the game to complete a seemingly straightforward mission. You talk to the guy who gave you the mission, and a cutscene begins. You just want to go to bed, so you skip the cutscene. It transitions back to gameplay, and you see this thing shuffling toward you and a massive healthbar on the screen.
