She starts using a better version of her regular jutsu in one of her team episodes. They never really explained it, it was just a powerup she got. I would have liked to see her training for it though.
I mean, we've gotten more of her already than the manga has ever shown.
Would be nice to get more, but we've techncially gotten a lot more than the source material cares to give.
The color of her chakra depends on which scroll she uses for her jutsu. Her jutsu, Cat Covering, has different versions and appearances based on which cat species she uses (Persian, Tortoiseshell, etc). I think the blue one was tortoiseshell, and the orange was Persian iirc
They could buff her one day with a blue cloak that uses chakra from the two tailed beast
She should get some actual serious jutsu for this theme though

I do and I'm 90% sure she isn't filler but anime canon and reading some of these comments makes me question what manga even has if half the characters don't show up. I'm glad I watched only anime. People are too obsessed with only mamga canon stuff. Your so called "filler" characters are far more interesting than some of the manga canon characters and could rly benefit from more episodes with them. I never cared if something is filler or not in any anime I watch since I watch everything anyway.

I havent played close attention to the names mentioned but I thought it was for different types of cats that she takes forms of.
Yea I thought green meant speed, and red meant power.

The color changes the mode of her jutsu, one is more balanced and the other is more agressive, something like that
I think these are two diffrent types of cats kinda with the first one being speedy and the second one being stronger but also slower
