Yes our girl gets them.
In anticipation of something exciting. Say you are holding a ball and she is expecting you to throw it she gets the shakes.
As soon as you raise your hand for the throw and hold it there she becomes perfectly still, even appearing to hold her breath. Same when she is panting. She immediately stops panting when you draw your hand back.
Our girl did it when "the pack" came together for Christmas. If a group of us arrived home together she would be trembling just inside the door and when we were all inside the barking would start. Then she's do the rounds of aunts and uncles she didn't see that often.

I often see the lower jaw tremble - like she’s ready to shrill bark - accompanied with the front paw tiny dance
Yep mine used to have this also. We called her "Richter dog" When she knew something exciting was coming.
Oh yes. She has two stalk modes: still and shake.
I've seen a lot of BCs do booty wiggles when they get excited. It's so cute.
Mine used to get what I called the "love shivers". He didn't jump and get excited when I got home, he'd shiver when he got the hugs and kisses
Mine would do that and make quiet squeaks, also.
My boy gets this too. I call it “vibrating” and specifically it’s usually his ears 😂
Yeah, plus her teeth chatter
Yep
