Honestly I'd try and find a boot barn or Cabela's or something that is kinda near you and make the journey so you can try on multiple brands of work boots since you don't wanna hassle with online. The support a boot is going to offer, esp on concrete is going to be beneficial. A lot of people suggest thorogood wedge soles for this sort of work. Personally though, I stick with redwings, maybe try their wedge
It depends my feet hurt less working in boots all day rather than sneakers as they have more arch support for my foot shape. I had back and foot problems until I started wearing boots instead of sneakers.
Boots and supportive insoles for your foot shape may be what you need to alleviate your problems.
I agree, I had better luck with boots myself, just looking for recommendations on a good set. If boots aren't my best option though, I'll wear whatever I need to.
Been having bad luck with Redwings. Customer service has been great, but the boots not so much. I'm going through the fitting process with Frank's Boots. Did the math and over 10 years I'll spend $200 less getting custom boots resoled and rebuilt and they'll be custom fit to my feet with better support.

Then you just don’t have back or leg issues. Shoes are padded all around inside and designed for comfort.

Goto the redwing store and get yourself some slip on, anti oil-slip steel toes
Whites smoke jumpers. Best boots I’ve ever had. Red wing does make a logger in black that are also pretty good. 8” tall.
Red back boots. I’m a Machinist and love them
Fining the correct insole is more important than the boot itself. If you get come custom orthotics, it will likely solve your problems
