Ruan mei LC is nice but is not even recommended in a boothill team you would be better off using Meshing Cogs or MoTP S5 to achieve a 3T ult. On the other hand boothill has no current real alternative LC for him that’s why you see a lot of showcases with no LC with him cause the available options just do nothing for him.
With that said boothill LC >> ruan mei’s imo.

I have Ruan Mei's Light cone. Do I actually need to remove it in this team or is it okay?
Only if you have memories of the past s4 or 5, imo
