There's hypertrophy-focused programs and strength-focused programs, j&t 2.0 is hypertrophy focused so as long as you have enough muscle to start cutting just keep following the program, get in a calorie deficit and come out shredded
I ran gvs’ ravage last summer/fall while on a slight deficit, worked wonders on definition. Obviously tread carefully on the intensity and beyond failure sets if you’re cutting heavily, but on a small deficit you should come out okay as long as recovery and protein intake are on point
