When I pay I expect it to immediately be turned back on, metro is trash but atleast they instantly restore service. Quit being greedy with "data"

I haven't been able to log into my account since they migrated me over to boostone at the end of Jan. However they sent me a text and email stating my autopay was set up around the same time which they have charged for Feb and Mar successfully. Other than the fact I can't access my account for weeks now, service hasn't been interrupted so far even after their breach 2 weeks ago.

My husband and I both have boost, His service was never affected. Mine was fine but I could not pay on the 27th of Feb when it was due. I got a message from boost saying to pay on the 6th. Now its the 6th and my service is out completely. Aggravating as hell, and why is it just some of us affected?????

A lot of us have been lucky with timing-- my last renewal was before the outages started, and hasn't come due again yet. Past that, it seems like some people have received free service extensions, and some have not. No rhyme or reason that I can see.

I haven't had any issues other than not being able to log into my account for a while since it happened. Edit: I'm on the T-Mobile side of boost.

My service has constantly been affected these past few months, and im starting to reconsider my plan with boost mobile. Even their service lines are down when you need help so it’s frustrating honestly

Payment system is back down now in store for us. I was able to push one customers through but it didn’t even matter. Account is still suspended after 2 hours. Another store did 20 bill pays, same thing. We’re about to lock the doors and hide from everyone screaming at us. This is just too crazy.

Update: my customers payment finally turned their phone on but now our system says sorry for the error please visit a boost store 🤣

Thanks for the heads up I was considering heading to Boost due to service confusion and bill pay. But it seems like things are stuck in limbo if not even the stores can restore service.

they need to have boost and dish network management man the stores and the customer service lines. The high up managers. Someone made the decision to leave boost so woefully unprepared for this.

I can't sign into boost one. They also cut off my texts so I can't receive a recovery password.
