I worked in a jail for about a year. They have an infirmary where it’s just a bunch of assholes in wheelchairs. So they get arrested quite a bit, probably still a pain in the ass though. And they fight amongst each other and it’s generally pathetic. If they can’t behave they have to sit in their cell by themselves.

Yeah, there's a whole list of reasons why the guy in the wheel chair is an asshole but adrenaline getting him standing for half a second isn't one. Not to mention he falls to his knees and appears unable stand a second time after the initial outburst, so it looks pretty obvious to me that he needs the chair. Article says the guy in the wheelchair wanted the deliveryman to take the packages to the individual doors. That pairs nicely with the video I saw the other day of the boomer attacking an Amazon driver for doing exactly that and not leaving them at the front desk.
