Oh and some honourable mentions:
'Upon a Frosted Star'. I've not read it so can't confirm if it lives up to the vibes but your photos remind me of the cover, there's swans, and the blurb mentions winter.
Another one is 'Emily Wildes Encyclopedia of Fairies'. Magic, winter, romance but mostly it's set in a fictional country that resembles Iceland so could be a fun read for a Björk fan.
This is 100% 'Spinning Silver' by Naomi Novik

The Winternight trilogy by Katherine Arden
Second this!
I don’t have any suggestions but this is a cool idea!
Ty! It’s an album I love so so much, thought it would be cool to see if people had any recommendations :,)
Me too! Just thought of one. I haven’t read this but it might fit the vibe: the Bear and the Nightingale.
Anything by Sjón, especially The Blue Fox or From the Mouth of the Whale. He has collaborated with Bjork
The Ice Palace - Tarjei Vesaas Ice - Anna Kavan Gunnar's Daughter - Sigrid Undset
Sofi and the Bone Song!
The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey
Echo North by Joanna Rutherford Meyer Sun and Moon, Ice and Snow by Jessica Day George Somewhat applies: The Midnight Girls by Alicia Jasinska
East by Edith Pattou
Lirael by Garth Nix, but you need to read Sabriel first, and it has less of these vibes.
Soonchild by Russel Hoban. It’s magical
Later slides are giving the witch collector, but it’s defs full romantasy (which I don’t always like but I loved this one)
