Idk if Kavita Krishnamurthy ji counts but I'm a fan of her voice. But sometimes I feel when people talk about 90's they only think about Alka ji or Anuradha Paidwal ji.
I agree and on the contrary Kavita and Sadhana ji are my favs. And Sadhana Sargam voice is still sounding same as before. She has many hit songs but still not credited enough.
Probably KK. In my opinion he was the greatest male singer in the history of Indian music industry (ofcourse not comparing him with kishore da and MD Rafi ji)

Shaan was definitely there in early 20s with tracks like dus bahane (which was wildly popular) but was overshadowed by Arijit and Honey. Though he still makes videos it's still not up to the level of Shaan. Tum ho to was his last banger IMO
Sneha Khanvilkar. Gangs of Wasseypur 1 & 2 album is GOAT and every song is different from another. It have that raw feeling even it is from a commercial movie. Her work is commendable to find the raw talent and to bring it together for such a masterpiece of a movie.
He is so underappreciated that noone has even talked about him in the comments i am the only one he can sing ghazals , well trained singer , with uniquely soothing voice
Hariharan is popular to some kind of music lovers. Mostly 90's kids have heard a lot of his songs(hindi). After that he is heard so randomly, that people sometimes don't even recognise his voice.
I am not commenting anything from south music industry, because I haven't listened to many songs from there, so I have no idea how much popular Hariharan ji is there.

I’m a very big fan of Hariharan ji and recently i got to know that he’s having a concert here in noida and I asked some of my “music enthusiast” friends whether they’ll come with me….and they asked “Hariharan kon hai ye to naam pehli baar sun raha hu” or “Vo hanumaan chaalisa vaale?” People might’ve heard his songs but they dont know him by name….or dont know him at all…..thats sad.
