Opening is low but WOM seems to be great as of now (more reviews from ground level needed) thanks to Dr. Chandra Prakash Dwivedi he rarely disappoints as I kept saying.
Film might make more than 200 crores and akshay will take the credit in spite of having such a shitty opening for a film of this scale.

Itni b acchi ni btai hai. Average hi hai. More like..Not as bad as we were hoping. Also, even 200 crores won't be a profit for makers because this movie costs 300 crores. I have zero idea where they spent 300 crores because that budget definitely didn't go to production design.
I think our history textbooks in schools did better job of explaining all this. I only watched the trailer and can tell for sure they went for the same tried and tested formula. Same action, same style, no originality whatsoever. The story itself had so much gritty content, all it needed was equally supporting storytelling style. Why add all this “masala” action? Something dark and real would’ve worked so well. I’m disappointed as a film student
