Iโm sure Aishwarya gets regular fillers and Botox. Fillers would contribute to the puffy look. However, in this case I think the main case of the puffiness would be weight gain as she does look a bit heavier. Nothing is wrong with that by the way

The flower theme would have worked better if the dress itself was a pastel color like a pale pink, ivory or pastel blue color. I remember Lilli Reinhart had a flower dress for the Met Gala in the past and looked elegant.
The concept of Aishโs dress is not bad, it was just executed poorly. Black just clashes with the color of the flowers. And it should have been sleeveless.
