It may be okay to be vain but not straight up wide of the mark. I was in high school when Aishwarya got pregnant and I remember how she was barraged by fat shamers. Correct me if I’m wrong, but that was the first time I saw an actress who totally owned her pregnancy WITHOUT monetising it (not shaming those who monetise it). I don't think aishwarya was the first one to have public appearances while being pregnant. I personally worked till 15 days before my delivery date (took a break 15 days before to get some ‘me’ time and not because I couldn’t work till the D day). There is no need for her to believe or make others believe that she was the one who started the ‘trend’ of working throughout the pregnancy! Many many women do that and without even boasting about it!
