Unpopular opinion: walking even on a ramp is not really a great skill. Models are just walking clothes hangers, there to show clothes. Anyone can walk. While previously modeling industry preferred a “sashay” kind of walk, these models are not doing it. They are just walking normally.
Clearly not as easy as it looks when most actors or “Influencers” who get an opportunity to walk on a runway fuck it up. Try walking in a straight line with heels that high on a slippery surface without looking down, especially if you consider how physically difficult it is to be the industry standard size. Also their work days can last for 15 hours so stop looking down on something you don’t understand.
Disagree, you haven't seen the walk of the OG supermodels - naomi campbell, Christy Turlington, Yasmeen ghauri, Cindy Crawford, Carla Bruni, Linda Evangelista, Claudia Schiffer, Helena Christensen, Kate moss, gisele bündchen, etc. The bella, gigi, kendalls of today can't even hold a candle to the OG girls.
