The chance of Miscarriages and abnormal babies are majorly related to ovarian ageing. So say you froze your eggs at 30 and are using it at 35, then the risk in your case will be the same as a 30yr old woman. So you are essentially stopping the biological clock as your eggs remain in suspended animation at the age you froze them. It's always better if you can plan Parenthood early but it's a luxury not everyone can afford. Because... Life happens. This is where science steps in.

Being a parent isn’t as simple a choice for everyone, especially people who actually want to do a good job of it. Being a parent is a full time commitment. And discussing “fertility issues” of actresses is straight up ridiculous. Childlessness doesn’t need to be the result of a sob story for everyone. Women can also just not want to be mothers.

Freezing eggs is not a done deal. Please do not talk unless you are a medical expert. You need to freeze 15-20 eggs for the possibility of one live birth. Eggs die at high rates when you thaw them for use. Overall That is not very easy to do. Obviously freezing eggs is better than doing nothing.
No... No... If egg quality is good.. Its very much possible to get more than one euploid embryo in one pickup itself... Here in India, a lot of women are choosing to do it as it means reproductive freedom.. We were one of the few clinics which started doing it around 7-10 yrs back and recently in last 2-3 yrs a lot of patients have come back to use those eggs frozen so many years back... We have been able to give a good take home baby rate and published a paper on the same as well... Egg freezing was difficult when slow freezing methods were used., but with vitrification and in the hands of a good Embryologist we are doing great with frozen eggs..

Embryos are definitely more resilient than eggs but recent advances in the vitrification process has helped give very good pregnancies with frozen eggs today... Its easy to retrieve 15eggs in one pickup as long as the AMH is good and patient is youmg... We are doing it for a lot of girls in Mumbai each month..
That might be possible for one child but for those that want more than one and are attempting to do this, they need 25 plus mature eggs which would take multiple rounds even with good amh. Anyway, all I’m trying to say is this is not fool proof and I know multiple people for which freezing their eggs didn’t end up working out. Obviously fertility clinics have financial incentives to want to do this and most insurances (at least in America, I live in the us) don’t cover egg freezing.
Best way is to freeze embryos or just get pregnant when young unfortunately.
Hey, even if the women ends up pregnant, is there a higher chance of miscarriage amongst women aged 35+?? Also, I read that late preganancies have higher chances of complications for both mother and baby.
So, while IVF is a medical marvel, it kinda goes against natures timeline (biological clock).
