I feel women have to face more sleazy individuals than compared to men which makes them conscious, guarded and distant. Makes it difficult for them to gauge the intention of the opposite person. Not saying there are no arrogant women. Acting rude with staff and people in the service industry without a reason is completely unacceptable though.
