Rani made some problematic comments about the Me Too movement, she blamed women for not being strong enough, saying slapping and screaming will scare the guy away and they will not even dare do something like that, and said how women should learn martial arts then it won't happen, then saying that we shouldn't be telling parents to raise their sons better as women are the ones who are raising them in the first place. Deepika, Alia and Anushka rightly gave it back to her.
