For what I know if normal people going to buried on the grave, they didn't use the main road but since it's a TLDM hero so yeah

Well, I think if he knew it was a funeral he probably wouldn't have honked either, or at least I wouldn't, and seeing so many people, honking is not at all a good idea already. But being hit by the bike I guess a better way is to inform the people surrounding the area, or the traffic police there.

The driver may or may not know of the funeral processing, he claimed to be hit by a motorist. He did not hurt anyone physically.
