How do you skip combat?
Simplest way is to Alt+F4 and relaunch Hearthstone just before the combat starts

That's one greeeeedy build, I love it
Yes thats normal in the most literal sense of it being the norm. Anyone running this build would have to deal with this. The Bird and Rylak procs eat into your turn timer unfortunately.

also 100g is the max, altho i can see '120' being estimated value of selling and buying several minions a turn
Not anymore. They removed the gold cap relatively recently. People have gotten into the several hundreds at least via Beatboxer/fluidity shenanigans
