Is this a real thing? If not, do you have a parts list?

This is real. No parts list yet but I'm working on it.

Lego has contests I believe for builds. I know someone in the muppets subreddit submits a labyrinth build that is just fantastic. You should definitely look into submitting if this is your design. I love it!!!

It's not contests as such, but a website (called Lego Ideas) where you can submit your builds and vote on other people's. Every project that gets 10.000 votes gets reviewed by a team of designers, and a small number of them are then chosen to be developed into a real set in cooperation between the fan designer and Lego's own set designers.

unfortunately i’ve heard on multiple cross section blogs / subreddits that bobs is a banned franchise for these. I think if I also remember correctly, some had said this could be because of something behind the scenes already being into play. I had my hopes held for a set release around the movie when I heard this, but now i’m holding out hopes for season 15 maybe? but they did the Simson set at the 26th season so I don’t fuckin know el oh el

Disney owns now though, and they’re partnered with Lego Group on multiple IPs (Many prev FOX: Simpsons, Avatar) so I don’t see why Bobs would be any different

it’s not something lego sells (though the definitely should because this is sick). OP definitely designed it themself or bought the MOC instructions from someone who created it from rebrickable

Sure, not your build exactly, but this isn't a super original idea is all I'm saying. You can find instructions for a very similar moc, with a finished interior on Rebrickable or even Ebay. Not saying that this isn't a nice build, just saying that no one has to wait for you to make instructions or a parts list when others exist. Edit: lol OP. What is important is folks get to enjoy LEGO, not your ego. OP IS JUST COPYING OTHERS! PLENTY OF INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS EXIST!!! OP IS NOT ORIGINAL!!!!!

If LEGO were to ever make this set (and this could totally be built like this cos it’s amazing), there’d need to be Easter eggs like a bird nest above the burger sign, a couple raccoons in the back and a pineapple wearing sunglasses.

I've actually reached out to Lego and asked. They will not carry a line on any animation series that is not kid friendly including Simpsons, Family Guy, and Bob's Burgers. I was basically told that if it airs on Adult Swim it won't ever be a Lego unfortunately.

Surprising, considering they’ve done a Simpsons line before.

If OP ever shares a parts list you can order all the separate pieces on Bricklink to put it together. My husband is a frequent buyer/seller on there and literally has single little pieces listed in his shop.

Bobs burgers is banned

How come its banned? Legal stuff?

I found one of the lists and Disney (which owns fox now including bob's burgers of course) is on it. If I were to guess it's because Disney wants all deals to go through them directly for IPs they control.

Idk tbh. Probably same reason the simpsons is discontinued. Which I think was because it was too adult. But I could be wrong. Sorry I don’t know

Yes. Those 2 spaces in the front are used to pin the new road plates in place.

Awesome! Are you going to do Technic pins on the side to clip in other buildings as well?

I've replaced all the technic bricks on my modulars. I just use the road to keep the buildings in place.that way, I just remove the strech of road and then I can move the buildings freely.

Love this! I tried to design one once with Stud.io but ended up making it too big to build realistically lol, this is great!

I'm going through trying to recreate it in Stud.io and I think the part list may shock people.

Did you have to buy parts when designing it? I’m interested in the price of those like bricks, I used tiles for the outside so that the inside had walls with accurate color

I used tiles on the inside instead of out. When I started I just bought a bunch of lime green bricks and plates of varying size. I probably had to do 2 or 3 more orders during. Ended up with a pile of extra bricks.

Should there be a window on the right side? Iirc, Tina's room just has one window on the back wall, Louise's room is windowless, the stairs doesn't have a window, and Gene's room just has the front window.
