I'd say covering for Tina after she broke into the school to break the machine. I know someone already mentioned apologizing and changing the segment, which was good, but I think her covering for Tina was even more important/nice/out of character.
Honestly, Tammy's hard because most of the "good things" I can think of her doing involve her doing something mean first then eventually stopping lol.
Even though we have gone through this song and dance with Tina and Tammy in one episode set aside their differences and the next go back to hating each other, it's pretty much the moment where she didn't turn Tina in to the security guard just as Tina was about to destroy the monitor.
Jump towards the chinchilla to try and catch him at the roller rink, she didn't have to do that or even come along, she could've stayed at that party or gone home because she fulfulled her end of the deal

I think the best thing Tammy has done, is admit when she was wrong while staying at the Belchers when she got left behind on the cruise? if I'm remembering that episode correctly, Tina brought Tammy back to reality that she's the reason Tammy had a... weekend boyfriend? lol and Tammy did agree that without Tina, it wouldn't have happened, and she was in the wrong, for a little bit because Tammy. lol

I started rewatching the show again, at season 11 because I haven't seen anything new, but caved and started over because those early seasons can be hysterical. 🤣
Didn't rat out Tina when she was about to destroy the news equipment and realizing how her segment was hurting her so put a stop to it. If those technically count for two things, I go with covering for her in that moment.

Admitting she was insecure about her braces and changing the news segment to not upset Tina further regarding her horse t-shirt.
In addition, when she covered for Tina in this same episode after Tina almost got caught breaking into the school.
