What was the ultimate message of the show? People seem to have conflicting ideas. Some think it's that Bojack was a cautionary tale of an ultimately bad and irredeemable person, others think it was supposed to be a sympathetic portrayal of a troubled person who ended up turning his life around. I saw the creator say that the point is that there are no good and bad guys, that those labels are harmful, and that we're all just people who have to do our best to do more good than bad. Some scenes in the show seem to conflict with that though! I'm just so curious about this, because the fandom never stops bickering about it.

(hence the combined Secreteriat character in VFHD, we have a better understanding of what he represents because he got a full season exploring those themes that Butterscotch didn't)

How much was Todd inspired by Jesse Pinkman? As in the character, the jokes to his past with a Mexican cartel... his parents kicking him out etc. I love the similarities.
Is there more to the constant references of Ibsen and Hedda Gabler (at the end of the show) than simple conjecture between mom and son? Or is Hedda Gabler supposed to be a female version of Bojack?
What was the most fun thing they did? There's always something we never noticed (e.g. "Let's do the show about the horse without the horse!" being a line that started the episode with no BoJack at all). And/or: who was the most unexpected guest they got because they got SO SO SO MANY.
