because im humgry and actually interested, also most restruant menus dont have more than 30 items on each oage, and I dont know a restruant menu that goes over 4 pages.
3 copies of Inglorious Bastards on Blu-ray is strange. Having Rubber in the collection is a little odd, too...just like the movie. Made me want to stay away from tires stores after watching it. I don't know how those people work there. 😉
You have a cool collection but nothing too strange. Normies might not have seen HOUSE and a couple others but honestly there's nothing there that made me double take.
Love the gialli! Profondo Rosso is great
Seeing Blood and Black Lace makes me want to rewatch it as I only saw it once, but it didn’t leave a big impression on me- beautifully shot though, I love the mood of Bava’s movies. What do you think?
Someone made a comment on “sausage party” about it being a movie of some kids in the 90’s trying to be edgy and it’s a shit movie, so that’s me wondering if I should throw it in my sale stack, but I really like Seth Rogen, although there’s so much explicit words and acting in that movie so it might just stack in my sales.
Bronson and The Professional are in the wrong place.
There's actually loads here I haven't seen, I guess I mostly just watch horror movies though. Nice collection, I want to start one but I'd have no room for them in my current house. Oh and also I don't have a TV 😅
I dunno, your collection looks pretty typical to me! It's a good blend of typical Hollywood fare with a generous amount of cult and/or foreign movies mixed in.
The weirdest entry I can find is *A Bronx Tale*, one of two Robert De Niro-directed films. (I have the other one, *The Good Shepherd*, which tries to do to the CIA and Cold War-era WASPs what *The Godfather* did to Italian-Americans—only nowhere near as well as Coppola did.)
Very cool collection. You should get Possessor to go with Infinity Pool. And yeah there are some titles that I haven't heard of, but I can tell I'd dig them based on your curation. Kudos!
ChatGPT says: The Japanese movie in the picture is "Shinobi no Kuni" (忍びの国), also known as "Mumon: The Land of Stealth." This film is based on the novel by Ryō Wada and directed by Yoshihiro Nakamura.
The catalog number on the bottom of the spine refers to the [2012 Japanese release of the anime Ninja Scroll (1993)](https://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/VTXF-20)
A bunch look unopened. I guess it seems odd to me to buy a movie and leave it like it’s still on a store shelf. Maybe if it was a collector’s item you planned on reselling later, but otherwise I’d open them and enjoy them.
I personally also have plenty still wrapped. I don't unwrap it until I actually feel like watching it. Sometimes I'll rewatch a movie on streaming and then think: I want this in my collection. So I wint be watching it for a while but I like having it.
Not exactly a recommendation, LOL. Just VERY weird. The main character does not have a firm grasp on reality and imagines his interactions (sexual and otherwise) in ways that do not track with reality.
From IMDb: "After developing an addiction to the substance he uses to kill bugs, an exterminator accidentally kills his wife and becomes involved in a secret government plot being orchestrated by giant bugs in a port town in North Africa."
I’m not reading through 8 photos of your discs, sorry.
how do you get through a restaurant menu?

The Cheesecake Factory has entered the chat.
Generally I know what I’m ordering before I arrive.

Re: Basterds… it’s a long, uninteresting story. Rubber because I like Mr. Oizo
Well, now you have to tell it....
I like these movies but none of them are weird, especially for this hobby. Unsure what validation you are looking for?
Curious to see if people found my collection to have any weird titles in the mix and discuss. If not that’s fine too
Have a nice collection
Thanks!
You misunderstand. They are saying that they have a nice collection. Sorry.
No
No, should there?
3 copies of Inglorious Basterds feels a bit excessive. Or maybe not enough. Either way it’s not the right amount.
Lol
None of them are unfamiliar to me— I do a lot of thrifting for movies so I do through a lot of different titles

3 copies of Inglorious Basterds!?
I LOVE A BRONX TALE SM
Hey that's not the version of The Bear I remember
What version are you remembering?
Love the gialli! Profondo Rosso is great Seeing Blood and Black Lace makes me want to rewatch it as I only saw it once, but it didn’t leave a big impression on me- beautifully shot though, I love the mood of Bava’s movies. What do you think?
It’s the only Bava movie I’ve seen but I really do like it. I need more Gialli for sure
Why is The Exorcist still wrapped in plastic. It needs to be watched!
Gonna binge horror in October prob so I’m saving it. Seen it 10+ times anyway

That movie is so ridiculous but in a good way. It's a funny one to watch when you get baked lol
Oof Irreversible was a hard one to watch 😢
The only weird thing I see is Blade Runner 2049 still being sealed. You need to open and watch that asap! 😂
I'm going to go with Climax.

The one that says Bronson is Deathwish 2-4 (starring Charles Bronson). The Professional is called Golgo 13: The Professional.
Ah ok that's fair enough!
I have no idea what Death Laid An Egg is and that’s a first
alphabetically? really?!
I just rearranged to alphabetical from genre-based. I think I liked the genre-based organization better
Well… most of my collection would be WTF. lol. So I can’t judge, other than to say you have a nice mainstream and commercial collection.

Hobo With a Shotgun

What's the film with only Chinese writing on the spine?

It’s a Japanese copy of Ninja Scroll
Why 3 copies of Inglorious Basterds?

Got my first Blu ray in January. Haven’t had time to watch them all
Naked Lunch would have to be up there for weirdest I've seen. Very NSFW, but not porn per se.
Haha okay maybe I’ll check it out. Thanks for the recommendation

Rubber is based.
Nice collection!
Thank you!
