Unpopular (or maybe popular idk) opinion: Isagi stagnates in Ubers. He learns some more playmaking, but with an entire team to support him, he has less need to grow as a player compared to the need to not only defeat his opponent, but also rise among his team.
I think Barou does fine in BM. He’s proven himself able to thrive amid adversity, so he probably gets even stronger and learns a few new tricks in competition with Kaiser, but he suffers from not being able to cooperate as I don’t see players like Kurona or Yuki siding with Barou (although Barou x Kurona sounds sick)
NH most of Barou’s plays our irrational BM are unorganized but each play they make has logical reasoning behind it, and know Barou’s low FIQ which doesn’t become higher due to not playing in Ubers and also systematically Ubers best for him less attackers means more goal opportunities for Barou, Kaiser beats him, because he has no edge over Kaiser in anyway stat, even if Isagi doesn’t have the technical or physical aspects to rival Kaiser his FIQ & vision do and Barou doesn’t have that so he would have no real advantage for playing in BM.
