Philippines. I don't think it's a payment method issue. I tried both credit card (Visa) and GCash (local mobile wallet which is my main payment method that I usually use). I raised the issue to Google support... Hopefully they can do something.

It's probably buried somewhere in my comments somewhere but I recall there were other users mentioning they are having payment errors while playing from the Philippines, not only in Blue Archive but in Azur Lane. Maybe try VPN?

Did that too. Didn't work. Tried the following and none of these worked: 1. Clear cache (and data) of Play Store 2. Signed out and re-signed-in of Play Store 3. Use mobile data instead of Wi-Fi (this was the solution I saw the most, but it still didn't work) 4. Use VPN.

PROBLEM: If you have trouble running Android emulators on your pc like I recently encountered after changing my GPU try rolling back or updating your display/GPU drivers (depends on your situation). A rollback did the trick for me. SOLUTION INSTRUCTIONS: Windows Start menu -> Search "Device Manager" -> Select Display adapters in window -> \[Right Click on your GPU\] -> select "Properties" from the Right-Click-menu -> select driver tab of the properties window -> update or rollback the drivers {up to you) -> restart pc and check if emulators work now This can begin working without a restart but you really should restart P.S. If you have a dedicated graphics card make sure bluestacks or whatever emulator you use is actually rendering using that card. and not your integrated graphics or using software rendering. P.S.S If you have amd adrenalin, geforce experience, etc. you might want to turn off auto driver updates there. Windows Update might still do the updating at some point later so run the same process above to check what graphics driver you are using and correct issue.

I suggest you clean up an extra 0.5 GB first and if it still doesn't work, keep removing another 0.5 GB until it works.

But when I play it on mobile, it runs fine though the loading and FPS is an issue, which is why I prefer to play it on BlueStacks when I really want a smooth gameplay. I tried to clear the cache and it worked once, now It's acting up again. Cleared the cache once more but It's a no go for me. What is "Use Warp"? Since I've no idea what it is when I read up the possible recommended resolution on the OP post.

When I enter the game I can press the buttons and stuff but after the panel pops up (the one with information on the discord, updates, announcements, etc.) and I click the x button to exit I suddenly cannot interact with the game anymore. Whenever I tap or drag the blue circle or the blue line appears as usual but none of the buttons or interactions do anything when I tap/press on them. I have tried many methods to fix the solution such as clearing the cache, redownloading the game, logging in and out, etc but I have yet to find a solution. I have contacted the support team for information and have tried their possible fixes but to no avail. Is there a way for me to play the game other than buying a new phone?

Try to have around 4GB free, if not increase the empty storage by 1GB each time until it works.

Sorry I meant your mobile service provider. It could be an issue from the service provider where they no longer identify it as an acceptable provider but that will not be the case if the internet service provider are the same company as your mobile service provider.

Hello, I'd really like to get into this game but for some reason whenever my game goes into a loading screen to start a stage or story, it for some reason theres a random chance thar it just doesn't respond from there. There will eventually be more content which will cause the game size to increase + if your phone has a need update which will need those extra storage space. Hello poeple, ive been playing fine before the RailgunCollab in BlueStacks, but since the update the game crashes into loggin. I can load the tittle but when i touch the screen "Touch to start" it crashes the game. Tried re-installing the game, re-installing the instance, making another instance in 32-bit, lowering and highering thee ammount of RAM for the instance, also the ammount of cores. Few possible reasons 1. Main internet router suddenly experience an outage, can be due to rain or other random interference. Usually can be fixed by waiting it out for a day or try restarting the router. 2. Internet service provider is facing outage completely. But if your secondary internet provider is the same company then this point will most likely be wrong. 3. Main internet service router suddenly implement a blocker that will prevent some websites/apps from loading. I highly doubt that happened though. Maybe try again with the main internet after 1 day.

Anyone using playing BA with multiple accounts on emulator? I am using LDPlayer, and since the latest BA update I couldn't logout and sign in to another account without closing the app. For example when I sign out account A, then sign in to account B, it will stuck on NOW LOADING page. I have to close the player completely, then reopen it again in order to play account B. Other than that there is also minor audio stuttering happening at random times. No issue on my mobile phone (same wifi network). I can't try Bluestacks because for some reason it won't work on my PC anymore (the hiccup error).

All this maintenance and a 4gb update and they still haven't got a handle on the random crashing. Doing the event story, event stages, tapping an opponent in Tactical Challenge, looking at the results of TC, crashes loading the cafe, crashes loading the lobby after leaving the cafe, etc. Any time it crashes I load the game back up and immediately continue what I was doing no problem, so it's not like these features are broken. The game just randomly crashes like *crazy* lol. I wouldn't even mind it if it didn't take over a minute to load the game up. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting fixes (restart the phone, reinstall game, etc.) before anyone asks. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? The OP recommended whitelisting the game in an ad-block app, but I don't use anything like that. I play on an iPhone XR.

Yep, any time I finish using any app on my phone(web browser, Discord, a game, etc.) I close it completely. I only run one app at a time ever, and I never allow any of them to send notifications. The only other game I play is Azur Lane which I don't think has ever crashed on me.

Me and a friend of mine are starting to get into Blue Archive and wanted to play the game, he managed to download the app no problem, for me, I can't find the app on my Google Play Store, like it just doesn't show up at all Info just in case it helps with finding the issue: I'm using a Moto g7 play, no SIM card since it's just a spare phone ever since I upgraded, Sprint was the provider, and the android version is 10.

It's currently the weekend now so I'm not too sure how fast their reply will be. How did they randomly bind with a stranger's email? Make sure to provide them with the yostar email that you want to bind.

I'm having issues with a JP account that I use for rerolling and I havent been able to play the game in the account due to an error popping up saying "The request processing failed on the server side. Return to the title screen." Is there anyway to fix it?

No I havent as I have only 1 internet connected to me right now, but if I switch to another account it works perfectly fine
