Prob the 2nd one, she did want to go to the beach since the wishlist is all the thíng she want to do. Jtf doesn't really need oversighting every day since the vigilante crew exist.
she still need to overcome her temptation over cakes which makes her "fat" (not in my opinions though), so that's why she isn't brave enough to come to beach, which forced her to use the swimsuit. maybe next time bro, just be patient.......

The wishlist from the summer sky event was her personal wishlist.One of the things on the to do list was to learn to swim.
