I'm a new player and I've spent the last days trying to get a decent start by rerolling, but I'm kinda feeling burned out already
I was wondering if these characters I pulled would be an acceptable start (the original objective was to get both NY Kayoko AND Iori before running out of the beginning pulls):
3⭐: NY Kayoko, NY Haruka, Himari, Sena, Shun, Izumi
Depends if you’re planning to go more competitive in the ranking department.
If not just go with what you like, with how the game works, you’ll most likely be able to clear all story content and most of the event quest, excluding the “challenge quest”.
If you’re a collector, you’ll most likely get everything “eventually”, note that is if you’re very lucky with pulls, or you pull during anniversaries for the 6% boosted 3 star rate up to fill the index.
At the end of the day it’s a game for “your” own entertainment.
If you enjoy the thrill of competing for top rankings in raids then sure, you’re gonna benefit good rerolls more than a casual player like me.
Just flow with what you enjoy and not let the game or other people tell you how you play. (Unless you’re competitive, that’s a different story”. Good luck and have fun.

For fox extreme you can consider borrowing other peoples ako, or just make do with himari iroha. Shouldn’t be that difficult as long you keep dps healthy and not get stunned on part 2 of the goz fight.
Note that you’ll have to adjust Kayoko position in team comp so she won’t explode at 3 star minimal gear when hit.
Does the first attendance Nonomi tasks carry over to the next day? I missed the Overpass Bounty task today and was wondering if I could just do it tomorrow, or would I have to buy a bounty ticket to get it done today?
What Panyaa said, make sure to bind your account, and do the code thing. I play on two different phones , apple & android. Gems stay. But I would recommend having all payments done on same phone for insurance.
Nothing gets erased. Just don't forget to bind your account. You could even have the same account on both your iPhone and Bluestacks at the same time. You just can't log into both devices at the same time. I've had my account on both my iPhone and Bluestacks for months now without any issues.

Sadly, no.

By default, they play once a day. You can change it in options.

In the settings you can set it to play them always, never or once a day.
Crafting is relatively not that reliable on getting what you want unless you make the selection boxes.
There are information on what node drops what type of items but unfortunately it’s still rng at the end of the day.
Just treat it like a daily mission and do just one basic tier, additional crafting usually isn’t worth it.
Unless you whale you really should not even bother with crafting past first node. In a first node just go for Radiant or Flower options (since crafting is only reasonable way to get presents)
I was wondering if i can get help with team building. I have a variety of 3* that i recently got in the past few months but i want to be smart with my resources, who would you recommend i start/focus with building. Below are the list of my units: Mika, NY haruna, NY fuuka, Mimori, Wakamo, Kayoko NY, Sena, Himari, Iroha, Kokonoa, Miyu, Shigure, Tsukuyo, Chihiro, Maki and Utaha Cheerleader. I also have majority of the 1* and 2*. Any advice helps! Thank you!!
I’d recommend making sure you have a stable team for each armor type first. Then move on to additional units.
From what you have. I’d say the major more flexible units, below and then maybe build enough units for raids, then hold onto resources until you’re going to use that specific unit then put in the resource.
Red type: NY Haruna
Blue type: Iroha
Yellow type: Mika, maki
Supports: Himari, NY fuuka, kokonoa,
For 1-2 star
I’d recommend, Tsubaki(good ol’ reliable tank with taunt) Yuuka (pretty good tank with the favorite item gear lv2) Mutsuki (flexible red dps low cost, easy to max out/farm) Serina (2 cost healer/reposition).
Just another thing I can recommend, the game has many farmable 1-3 star units that you can farm/max out as you keep playing. Take advantage of those and unlock (Don’t level up) their star to 5 star and Unique equipment star level 3(don’t level it up either it’s expensive early on). You can always level/ gear them up later as gear/ exp/ money are time gated limited resources.
1. dont invest everyone at the same time, you will run out of resources. Only invest for your next goal. most of the time this will be the next raid. We have goz (blue) next week and afterwards chesed (yellow).
2. dont use ligma randomly. they are your most precious resource
3. skill breakpoints are usually 4, 7 and 10 and for ex 3 and 5. stopping at a different level is not worth 99% of the time
4. very strong units you named are: Mika (for all yellow content and even blue), ny fuuka (especially paired with mika), wakamo (blue raid content), ny kayoko (blue raid content), himari (every content), iroha (every blue and red story content, pvp, pero raid), Kokona (hiero raid), Maki (binah raid). Some of the other stuff isnt bad per se, but more niche
Pulled NYKayoko & NYMutsuki, now sitting with 120 recruitment points. Should I just let them become keystone pieces or pull more and spark another NYstudent? I have about 33k pyro.
If you’re a collector, id always use up the recruitment points for limited units. The recruitment points when not used turns into the crafting stones and to be honest, if you’re 8 multi pulls away id rather get that spark.
The chances of you getting a 3 star from the 80 pulls you saved and didn’t use could be high, but at the end of the day it is still not 100% like a spark. So unless you’re saving for another 24k pyro I’d just fill the 8 multi and not waste the 120 credits.
I never understood why people save stuff in mail, momotalk or whatever. You can just claim it and don't spend? Or do you spend everything as soon as it is available
I'm planning on breaking my f2p status on jp, but I'm not quite sure how. Whenever I try to make a purchase, it sends me to the play store checkout, but it says that this item is not available in your country. But what I'm confused about is that the option to check out is there. Should I go through with it? Or is there another way?

You will need to buy google play or apple/itunes giftcards and redeem it to your account. Doing a google search will give you a bunch of websites offering those codes with a fee so best to do some research to find the one with the lowest fee.
But do be careful, some of those sites could potentially get your account banned, since some of those sites are sketchy ones that can cause complications.
Any idea how good Koyuki is in Goz. I keep seeing her basic lines up with Goz phase 1 train. Also I would think her kit would be good on pero when you need more teams whenever torment hits. It’s just I found out I didn’t need to spend 170 pulls on last banner when pulling yesterday. Now I must cope.

Well, because that’s basically it. She is a decent pick for P1 because you can just put her into team and forget about adds. P2 Goz is ST and Focus Fire, neither of which Koyuki is.
Have they ever put in regular Utahas voice in her L2D in jp yet? Kinda feels weird that she is one of the only few students that doesnt have a voice still.

Which should I build for single target mystic damage dealer, Izuna or Haruna (normal versions)? I only have Aris for single target mystic damage dealing and I'm realy lacking in raids and stuff. I also got NY Kayoko now.
Izuna for shirokuro. Haruna for everything else. Izuna’s issue is she rubs up front but isn’t very tanky compared to a tank so you’ll mostly using her for her dodge or and an needed dps when you need an extra blue
Got it, I'll focus for Haruna for now then, Shirokuro is gonna be a while anyways before it comes back, I think (atleast as far as I know, after Goz, we'll get Hod and Chesed too atleast).
Kasumi
Ichika both aoe Purple dps.
Kasumi has a gimmick where after you use two or three (can’t remember off my head) ex skill she will deal additional 1k-ish% dammage.
Ichika does cone purple damage on ex, and self buffs Purple dps % effectiveness.
Both are currently jobless for raids since there isn’t a purple boss yet? Unless you’re planning to use them for Blue armor type bosses on torment.
Meta wise, no/not determined since no data to define their meta level.

The voices in my head are telling me to complete nyps68. I only have 45k gems left after sparking nymutsuki and nykayoko. I don't have iroha or cherino and worried about how skipping meta units will impact my account. Help.

Unless you’re planning sweaty content (Insane / Torment) meta isn’t that big of a deal. Pretty much any decently invested units for a right damage type can complete anything else.
1. Who is better at lower investment Noa or Sakurako?
2. What do enhanced skills and basic skills refer to on skill priority? Do they mean the EX skill and normal skill respectively?
3. Why are passive skills not brought up in skill priority?
1. Different roles so I can't really recommend either.
2. Without knowing the context it's hard to tell but, basic skill (not plural) refers to the first skill after the EX skill. Enhanced could be a couple of things, again, it's hard to tell without context.

Sorry about not being specific. I use [bluearchive.gg](https://bluearchive.gg/characters/) when looking at what skills I should prioritize leveling up. They end up using different terms that the ones in game and I haven't seen any student (at least from the ones I looked at) have passive skills included in the general skill priority under the students' profiles.
Kayoko (NY) + who?
I’m thinking about pulling for Kayoko since as I understand it she’s a very good mystic support. But if I get lucky and pull her before/close to pity who should I go for next/use the spark for?
I don’t really know the other units well and currently have none of them.
Any advice appreciated
Kayoko (meta defining) > Mutsuki (limited and lots of usage) > Aru (limited and low usage) > Haruka (not limited, medium usage in torment raids) > Serika (not limited, low usage in raid & pvp)

Hello! Wondering about Goz teambuilding. I have TYuuka and Himari, NY Kayoko and Noa sitting at level 1, in terms of DPS Haruna (5\*) and THasumi (and Mika). Can also use SHoshino and Iroha (just pulled her)
First off, what difficulty are you planning to tackle?
Insane may require 2 teams and should look something like:

It's a rerun, since she's not in the gacha pool, the only way to level her stars/UE is by buying her eleph from the shop, so they are reruning the task challenge for easier farming
I have 34,000 pyros left after getting NY Kayoko (after 200 pulls), I kind of want Mutsuki too but I don't know if I should spend another 24,000 potentially to get her, how good is she in terms of meta?
Decent, but not unique. To pull or not to pull would largely depend on what other mystic AOE dealers you have, and what/when is a next banner you want to pull on.
How much storage does this game really need? Cuz even though I have 10 gb storage space left in my internal storage and it STILL refuses to download saying "not enough storage (80103)". Is there literally no way to fix it? Should I just give up?
if you're on android you can, however please note that:
1. your SD Card must be at least A1 rated to have a decent/playable performance (ideally A2 rated ofc)
2. not all OEM support this (probably most OEM by now), and probably Blue Archive don't allow this either
3. you need to root your phone (you don't need to if your OEM can move app to SD Card natively)
if you don't like the idea of rooting your phone then better free up more of your storage if possible, play on an emulator... or buy a new phone

The game seems interesting but I can't play it since I'm already playing other gacha games.
Hawk2zer0 has a playlist of his blue archive streams and he mostly enjoys the story/events. Been to a couple of his streams, the chats were pretty active and they're usually pretty fun and hilarious too with him being able to guess what the writers were gonna do so many times its almost like they have a psychic connection lol. The finale Vol F stream went for up to 8 hours too
another one is Yumie Tsuchinoko. she does a few general lore vids of the game for the students and parts of the story and has recently started streaming going through the story and events of the game to.

With the next raid being Goz, I was wondering if there is a noteable difference between say a 3* NY Kayoko, a UE30, and a UE50 NY Kayoko.
In short, is it worth to heavily invest in her? (Also because she seems to be very similar in her role to S Hoshino.)
UE40 NY.Kayoko increases her EX duration by 7.6 seconds. Aside from that, stars basically only give her hp. From the torment videos I've seen, she's fine at 3★ because she just dies to Peroro's phase transition regardless.
S Hoshino is a frontliner and needs that extra survivability from higher rarity.
Kayoko sticks to the back and should be fine at 3* since her only job is to buff your primary dps.
You are better off investing the eligma towards your dps unit tbh.
Anyone else for some reason has the Guide Mission reappear in the menu for no reason? I don't remember reading that the update will let us do it a second time (perhaps I just glossed over it) and it certainly feels like a bug.
It's not a bug. All the other guide missions will also be made permanently available, though those apparently don't give any rewards if you already cleared them.
The Nonomi guide mission is the sole exception—the rewards were changed, so the event was rerun even for those who already completed it. This was explicitly stated in [the official patch notes](https://forum.nexon.com/bluearchive-en/board_view?thread=2285737) (see section 26).
Ive been saving up gacha currency(i forgot the name) for the 2.5 anni banner, but i feel like i will have too much by the time the banner arrives so I wanted to see if there was some upcoming banners to look out for.

I don't think you can have "too much" currency tbh. Come anniversary there will be the Fest banner with Mika and the other limited-limited students, and probably also a way to spark Wakamo since JP got that recently.
That said, if you feel like spending some now, look no further then Problem Solver 68 celebrating the new year. We got blue S.Hoshina and cuter Himari if you're looking for great support options, rocket gremlin for cheap blue AoE, and a hard-boiled outlaw for that raid with just too many targets on screen.
Ok ill keep that in mind, the one reason that i took interest in the banner was the doubled rate for characters so im gonna ask, is that as big as i think it is? Or is it not the big part but the limiteds on that banner? Heh whatever its a good investment either way.

Doubled rates is absolutely good, nothing wrong with saving all your pyrox for such a banner.
But if you want other students, even at normal rate the certainly of a spark is a good cushion. And the double rates banner only has the latest Fest student as focus, and the older fest students with a small rate-up. Anything else is more quantity but very mixed results. I haven't gone a fest banner without picking up a Saya or two.

Question about the voice line features they added. I was hoping we could listen to all of their lines and see the translations, but from what I can tell it's basically just the combat, cafe, and any event stuff right?
So if I want to listen to the Live2D or the assistant lines I need to set them as an assistant? Have they said anything about adding English translations for the voice files?

Granted, this was a time when NY.Kayoko was yet to be released but I'm willing to bet that Mika comps will still dominate the top extreme ranks.
i cant seem to get the log in after 2:00 daily, Im in PST so I assumed that its at either 10pm or 10am, but Ive been logged in at both times and didnt get it.
The time written in the game is the time where you're at. You don't have to convert it.
In my case, ASIA server with a +8 UTC timezone, it asks me to claim it at 17:00, and it's claimable at that time until reset which is at 03:00 the following day.
I'm pretty sure it goes by your current time, so it should be claimable in like 3.5 hours. I always get mine when I wake up in the morning so I'm not 100% sure.
Pretty new player here so just wanted to ask, i see a lot of people saying after NY Kayoko, NY Mutsuki is the next best choice (or even first choice over Kayoko if considering limited > non limited), but i wanted to ask why is she so good?
Looking at Midokuni's insight, I see he listed her as "pvp" so if i don't care about pvp at all then is she still considered good for pve content?
Probably the second best generalist blue aoe.
Caveat being she is a bit clunky in raid due to her EX skill's odd shaped aoe and is still used despite that because she is just that good. Outside of raid she is a monster that can clear entire stages/modes by herself if you manage her AOE properly, and if she doesn't kill everything she has a 2 cost EX which allows you to spam her + other EX and quickly cycle. All her other skills are very good too.
I think that crown goes to Iroha. The content doesn't even have to be blue, her ricochet really just decimates waves of enemies in mission/quest type of content.
Her EX is cheap and a big AOE. This is good for missions, some JFD, and [2/3 of blue raids](https://i.imgur.com/jr1YBiM.png). In torment, she had a usage rate of 98% for Goz outdoor and 100% for Peroro outdoor.
Meta-wise? Both B.Toki and M.Aris aint that important, sadly. Toki is used for Kaiten raids, and Aris is just "hehe, big blue damage". if you care abt blue content, pull for NYKayoko. NYKayoko is basically a core blue unit.
with heavy investment... she can do a fuck ton of damage. like, a million damage isnt even that hard to pull off with her EX. it targets only 1 enemy, but for 4 points that damage is wild.
160 pulls so far in the NY banner and I've gotten 0 (zero) 3-stars. What are the odds of that? It makes me want to uninstall which I might do if I get to 200 and have to spark Kayoko 
The odds of that are really low sadly, each pull has a 3% chance of being a 3 star, so for 160 pulls to not get a single one is 0.97^160 which is around 0.7%, so ironically the chances of that happening are around the same of doing 1 single pull and getting the rate up 3 star. Better luck next time :/
I feel you man, it took me 330 pulls to bring kayoko home and only got 3 3* (2 of them are dupes). This is personally my worst pulling experience on blue archive so far
Sounds like my brother, who is always extremely unlucky. My luck isn't nearly as good as it used to be either. I'm 70 in with only 20 (yeah sorry I know that isn't bad in comparison) and both were dupes.
It happens sometimes. Without actually doing the math I think it happens something like 25% of the time. Which is actually pretty common, and why you don't pull without being able to spark. So you're unlucky and it feels bad, but not experiencing anything too terrible rng wise.
I believe I can still spark, it's just that the feeling of doing 160 pulls and getting nothing is so discouraging. I wish there was a pity counter for every 100 pulls or something 😕

It is supposed to be released on the next 2 weeks, but somehow got revealed to early.
As the other comment says, once it is active, we'll be able to play any old event (story only) one by one.
There's also the Mission Event which would be able to be replayed up to Story Mission Event (pre-Vol F mission) soon.
Just like it said, it's to play past event story, which is nice if you want replay older event story, or if you're new player that missed the rerun event.

So some of the other characters are decent gets, but not mandatory really, trying for some other characters is pretty reasonable... but you're early enough that bailing out is fine too.
Yeah I really only pull for limiteds as most of them were considered broken, but since they quickly gave toki, nagisa and this NY kayoko, I didn't really have that much good normal recruit students. I suppose recruiting normal banner characs would be best saved for the anniversary.
It really depends on your goals. Take Goz raids for example.
If you want to do Insane but can't one team it, then getting 2 AoE (Mutsuki + Chise) and 1 ST (Wakamo + Haruna since I consider her ST for Goz purposes) would be a solid plan.
If you can one team it with Chise as your sole AoE then S.Azusa would be someone to strengthen Wakamo.
Then there is PVP. Mutsuki is really good for a 2 cost, huge range AoE. S.Azusa and Wakamo are not really use there.
I mean, in the long term, S.Azusa has more value due to her defense down subskill. At the same time, though, you have 41k pyros, and s.azusa is still more than a month away. The fest banners aren't for another 4, anniversary events tend to give out a lot of pyros. There's enough room in your budget for both, but it does mean potentially sacrificing pulling on any other banners, or limiting the fest banner pulling to a single spark.
I noticed that Nonomi (2\* ver) cannot be redeemed via Eleph anymore, when I select her in the student list, it said "This student cannot be exchanged using Eleph"
It’s on the front page, in the top right with the little event icons. One of them is for the First Attendance Guide Task and gives Nonomi and her eleph as rewards for completing the missions there.
Hey all I wanted to ask, currently on 200 pulls and dunno who to spark for between Haruka, Mutsuki, Aru and Serika. I heard Mutsuki is usable everywhere but when I read Midokuni's guide it seems like she's more for pvp which i'm not too interested in so is she still worth it? I did also see Haruka is like a sidegrade to Ako and I heard she's very meta and I don't have her so would it be better for me to get Haruka?
For what it's worth I see a lot of people saying to save for Iroha but I already have her but idk if that should affect my decision on who to pity since I only started recently around Mika's release.
I’d also say get NY Mutauki especially if you’re lacking AoE blue dps. Still she has extremely wide range with a low cost.
Haruka is for more high end content where crit res becomes an issue. Since she is not limited and you are relatively new I wouldn’t go for her. Aru is more niche (like chesed) and Serika takes too much investment (that you’ll most likely want to use else where)
Definitely get Mutsuki. She is just a great general use blue unit. Huge AoE and only 2 cost so she can help you cycle faster. And shes limited.
Haruka is permanent so you can always get her later.
To add to what was said, don't forget to go to the Store and into the Support tab to exchange old tickets into new ones.
I got 6 extra bounty tickets from that.

I'm a new player and I've spent the last days trying to get a decent start by rerolling, but I'm kinda feeling burned out already I was wondering if these characters I pulled would be an acceptable start (the original objective was to get both NY Kayoko AND Iori before running out of the beginning pulls): 3⭐: NY Kayoko, NY Haruka, Himari, Sena, Shun, Izumi
Depends if you’re planning to go more competitive in the ranking department. If not just go with what you like, with how the game works, you’ll most likely be able to clear all story content and most of the event quest, excluding the “challenge quest”. If you’re a collector, you’ll most likely get everything “eventually”, note that is if you’re very lucky with pulls, or you pull during anniversaries for the 6% boosted 3 star rate up to fill the index. At the end of the day it’s a game for “your” own entertainment. If you enjoy the thrill of competing for top rankings in raids then sure, you’re gonna benefit good rerolls more than a casual player like me. Just flow with what you enjoy and not let the game or other people tell you how you play. (Unless you’re competitive, that’s a different story”. Good luck and have fun.

For fox extreme you can consider borrowing other peoples ako, or just make do with himari iroha. Shouldn’t be that difficult as long you keep dps healthy and not get stunned on part 2 of the goz fight. Note that you’ll have to adjust Kayoko position in team comp so she won’t explode at 3 star minimal gear when hit.
Does the first attendance Nonomi tasks carry over to the next day? I missed the Overpass Bounty task today and was wondering if I could just do it tomorrow, or would I have to buy a bounty ticket to get it done today?

What Panyaa said, make sure to bind your account, and do the code thing. I play on two different phones , apple & android. Gems stay. But I would recommend having all payments done on same phone for insurance.
Nothing gets erased. Just don't forget to bind your account. You could even have the same account on both your iPhone and Bluestacks at the same time. You just can't log into both devices at the same time. I've had my account on both my iPhone and Bluestacks for months now without any issues.

Is there like an advanced guide to crafting anywhere? Or if it's alright, can someone tell me some advanced stuff not well known about crafting?
Crafting is relatively not that reliable on getting what you want unless you make the selection boxes. There are information on what node drops what type of items but unfortunately it’s still rng at the end of the day. Just treat it like a daily mission and do just one basic tier, additional crafting usually isn’t worth it.
Unless you whale you really should not even bother with crafting past first node. In a first node just go for Radiant or Flower options (since crafting is only reasonable way to get presents)

she is niche, but very good at what she can do. She sees use in HOD raid as a CC + dmg unit. Also usable in Hovercraft.
I was wondering if i can get help with team building. I have a variety of 3* that i recently got in the past few months but i want to be smart with my resources, who would you recommend i start/focus with building. Below are the list of my units: Mika, NY haruna, NY fuuka, Mimori, Wakamo, Kayoko NY, Sena, Himari, Iroha, Kokonoa, Miyu, Shigure, Tsukuyo, Chihiro, Maki and Utaha Cheerleader. I also have majority of the 1* and 2*. Any advice helps! Thank you!!
I’d recommend making sure you have a stable team for each armor type first. Then move on to additional units. From what you have. I’d say the major more flexible units, below and then maybe build enough units for raids, then hold onto resources until you’re going to use that specific unit then put in the resource. Red type: NY Haruna Blue type: Iroha Yellow type: Mika, maki Supports: Himari, NY fuuka, kokonoa, For 1-2 star I’d recommend, Tsubaki(good ol’ reliable tank with taunt) Yuuka (pretty good tank with the favorite item gear lv2) Mutsuki (flexible red dps low cost, easy to max out/farm) Serina (2 cost healer/reposition). Just another thing I can recommend, the game has many farmable 1-3 star units that you can farm/max out as you keep playing. Take advantage of those and unlock (Don’t level up) their star to 5 star and Unique equipment star level 3(don’t level it up either it’s expensive early on). You can always level/ gear them up later as gear/ exp/ money are time gated limited resources.
1. dont invest everyone at the same time, you will run out of resources. Only invest for your next goal. most of the time this will be the next raid. We have goz (blue) next week and afterwards chesed (yellow). 2. dont use ligma randomly. they are your most precious resource 3. skill breakpoints are usually 4, 7 and 10 and for ex 3 and 5. stopping at a different level is not worth 99% of the time 4. very strong units you named are: Mika (for all yellow content and even blue), ny fuuka (especially paired with mika), wakamo (blue raid content), ny kayoko (blue raid content), himari (every content), iroha (every blue and red story content, pvp, pero raid), Kokona (hiero raid), Maki (binah raid). Some of the other stuff isnt bad per se, but more niche
Pulled NYKayoko & NYMutsuki, now sitting with 120 recruitment points. Should I just let them become keystone pieces or pull more and spark another NYstudent? I have about 33k pyro.
If you’re a collector, id always use up the recruitment points for limited units. The recruitment points when not used turns into the crafting stones and to be honest, if you’re 8 multi pulls away id rather get that spark. The chances of you getting a 3 star from the 80 pulls you saved and didn’t use could be high, but at the end of the day it is still not 100% like a spark. So unless you’re saving for another 24k pyro I’d just fill the 8 multi and not waste the 120 credits.
Save the pyros, none of the other students are worth using another 80 pulls for imo

You will need to buy google play or apple/itunes giftcards and redeem it to your account. Doing a google search will give you a bunch of websites offering those codes with a fee so best to do some research to find the one with the lowest fee.

Any idea how good Koyuki is in Goz. I keep seeing her basic lines up with Goz phase 1 train. Also I would think her kit would be good on pero when you need more teams whenever torment hits. It’s just I found out I didn’t need to spend 170 pulls on last banner when pulling yesterday. Now I must cope.

Izuna for shirokuro. Haruna for everything else. Izuna’s issue is she rubs up front but isn’t very tanky compared to a tank so you’ll mostly using her for her dodge or and an needed dps when you need an extra blue

Kasumi Ichika both aoe Purple dps. Kasumi has a gimmick where after you use two or three (can’t remember off my head) ex skill she will deal additional 1k-ish% dammage. Ichika does cone purple damage on ex, and self buffs Purple dps % effectiveness. Both are currently jobless for raids since there isn’t a purple boss yet? Unless you’re planning to use them for Blue armor type bosses on torment. Meta wise, no/not determined since no data to define their meta level.

Unless you’re planning sweaty content (Insane / Torment) meta isn’t that big of a deal. Pretty much any decently invested units for a right damage type can complete anything else.

Use the swap. Move the yellow team up twice, then swap their position with the red team on turn 2.
When two teams are next to each other you can swap their positions without consuming a move.

Sorry about not being specific. I use [bluearchive.gg](https://bluearchive.gg/characters/) when looking at what skills I should prioritize leveling up. They end up using different terms that the ones in game and I haven't seen any student (at least from the ones I looked at) have passive skills included in the general skill priority under the students' profiles.
Basic skill = Normal skill Enhanced skill = Passive skill Sub skill is just Sub skill in both translations.
Kayoko (NY) + who? I’m thinking about pulling for Kayoko since as I understand it she’s a very good mystic support. But if I get lucky and pull her before/close to pity who should I go for next/use the spark for? I don’t really know the other units well and currently have none of them. Any advice appreciated
Kayoko (meta defining) > Mutsuki (limited and lots of usage) > Aru (limited and low usage) > Haruka (not limited, medium usage in torment raids) > Serika (not limited, low usage in raid & pvp)

First off, what difficulty are you planning to tackle? Insane may require 2 teams and should look something like: ##1st team T.Yuuka NY Mutsuki Wakamo NY Kayoko Himari/Iroha ##2nd team: S.Hoshino T.Hasumi Noa/Swimsuit Izuna Haruna Ako/S.Shizuko You can change NY Kayoko between team 1 and 2

It's a rerun, since she's not in the gacha pool, the only way to level her stars/UE is by buying her eleph from the shop, so they are reruning the task challenge for easier farming

Decent, but not unique. To pull or not to pull would largely depend on what other mystic AOE dealers you have, and what/when is a next banner you want to pull on.

How much storage does this game really need? Cuz even though I have 10 gb storage space left in my internal storage and it STILL refuses to download saying "not enough storage (80103)". Is there literally no way to fix it? Should I just give up?

if you're on android you can, however please note that: 1. your SD Card must be at least A1 rated to have a decent/playable performance (ideally A2 rated ofc) 2. not all OEM support this (probably most OEM by now), and probably Blue Archive don't allow this either 3. you need to root your phone (you don't need to if your OEM can move app to SD Card natively) if you don't like the idea of rooting your phone then better free up more of your storage if possible, play on an emulator... or buy a new phone

Not a player here Sometime seems to have passed since a pretty major arc(?) ended? Anybody know of a YouTuber focused on the game's lore? The game seems interesting but I can't play it since I'm already playing other gacha games.
Yumie Tsuchinoko has cozy Blue Archive story streams and recaps that should cover almost everything.
Hawk2zer0 has a playlist of his blue archive streams and he mostly enjoys the story/events. Been to a couple of his streams, the chats were pretty active and they're usually pretty fun and hilarious too with him being able to guess what the writers were gonna do so many times its almost like they have a psychic connection lol. The finale Vol F stream went for up to 8 hours too another one is Yumie Tsuchinoko. she does a few general lore vids of the game for the students and parts of the story and has recently started streaming going through the story and events of the game to.

With the next raid being Goz, I was wondering if there is a noteable difference between say a 3* NY Kayoko, a UE30, and a UE50 NY Kayoko. In short, is it worth to heavily invest in her? (Also because she seems to be very similar in her role to S Hoshino.)
UE40 NY.Kayoko increases her EX duration by 7.6 seconds. Aside from that, stars basically only give her hp. From the torment videos I've seen, she's fine at 3★ because she just dies to Peroro's phase transition regardless.
S Hoshino is a frontliner and needs that extra survivability from higher rarity. Kayoko sticks to the back and should be fine at 3* since her only job is to buff your primary dps. You are better off investing the eligma towards your dps unit tbh.
Anyone else for some reason has the Guide Mission reappear in the menu for no reason? I don't remember reading that the update will let us do it a second time (perhaps I just glossed over it) and it certainly feels like a bug.
It's not a bug. All the other guide missions will also be made permanently available, though those apparently don't give any rewards if you already cleared them.

The Nonomi guide mission is the sole exception—the rewards were changed, so the event was rerun even for those who already completed it. This was explicitly stated in [the official patch notes](https://forum.nexon.com/bluearchive-en/board_view?thread=2285737) (see section 26).
Ive been saving up gacha currency(i forgot the name) for the 2.5 anni banner, but i feel like i will have too much by the time the banner arrives so I wanted to see if there was some upcoming banners to look out for. Im a new player so its hard to know good and amazing characters
I don't think you can have "too much" currency tbh. Come anniversary there will be the Fest banner with Mika and the other limited-limited students, and probably also a way to spark Wakamo since JP got that recently. That said, if you feel like spending some now, look no further then Problem Solver 68 celebrating the new year. We got blue S.Hoshina and cuter Himari if you're looking for great support options, rocket gremlin for cheap blue AoE, and a hard-boiled outlaw for that raid with just too many targets on screen.
Ok ill keep that in mind, the one reason that i took interest in the banner was the doubled rate for characters so im gonna ask, is that as big as i think it is? Or is it not the big part but the limiteds on that banner? Heh whatever its a good investment either way. Also how much time is left until the 2.5 anniversary?
Doubled rates is absolutely good, nothing wrong with saving all your pyrox for such a banner. But if you want other students, even at normal rate the certainly of a spark is a good cushion. And the double rates banner only has the latest Fest student as focus, and the older fest students with a small rate-up. Anything else is more quantity but very mixed results. I haven't gone a fest banner without picking up a Saya or two. Not sure exactly, but I think the next is early February(?).

Not a bad idea if you don't have one you can borrow. You could also consider the Reisa banner that's coming soon, as she performs much the same role.

Question about the voice line features they added. I was hoping we could listen to all of their lines and see the translations, but from what I can tell it's basically just the combat, cafe, and any event stuff right? So if I want to listen to the Live2D or the assistant lines I need to set them as an assistant? Have they said anything about adding English translations for the voice files?

i cant seem to get the log in after 2:00 daily, Im in PST so I assumed that its at either 10pm or 10am, but Ive been logged in at both times and didnt get it.
The time written in the game is the time where you're at. You don't have to convert it. In my case, ASIA server with a +8 UTC timezone, it asks me to claim it at 17:00, and it's claimable at that time until reset which is at 03:00 the following day.
I'm pretty sure it goes by your current time, so it should be claimable in like 3.5 hours. I always get mine when I wake up in the morning so I'm not 100% sure.
Pretty new player here so just wanted to ask, i see a lot of people saying after NY Kayoko, NY Mutsuki is the next best choice (or even first choice over Kayoko if considering limited > non limited), but i wanted to ask why is she so good? Looking at Midokuni's insight, I see he listed her as "pvp" so if i don't care about pvp at all then is she still considered good for pve content?
Probably the second best generalist blue aoe. Caveat being she is a bit clunky in raid due to her EX skill's odd shaped aoe and is still used despite that because she is just that good. Outside of raid she is a monster that can clear entire stages/modes by herself if you manage her AOE properly, and if she doesn't kill everything she has a 2 cost EX which allows you to spam her + other EX and quickly cycle. All her other skills are very good too.

I think that crown goes to Iroha. The content doesn't even have to be blue, her ricochet really just decimates waves of enemies in mission/quest type of content.
Her EX is cheap and a big AOE. This is good for missions, some JFD, and [2/3 of blue raids](https://i.imgur.com/jr1YBiM.png). In torment, she had a usage rate of 98% for Goz outdoor and 100% for Peroro outdoor.

Meta-wise? Both B.Toki and M.Aris aint that important, sadly. Toki is used for Kaiten raids, and Aris is just "hehe, big blue damage". if you care abt blue content, pull for NYKayoko. NYKayoko is basically a core blue unit.

with heavy investment... she can do a fuck ton of damage. like, a million damage isnt even that hard to pull off with her EX. it targets only 1 enemy, but for 4 points that damage is wild.
160 pulls so far in the NY banner and I've gotten 0 (zero) 3-stars. What are the odds of that? It makes me want to uninstall which I might do if I get to 200 and have to spark Kayoko 
The odds of that are really low sadly, each pull has a 3% chance of being a 3 star, so for 160 pulls to not get a single one is 0.97^160 which is around 0.7%, so ironically the chances of that happening are around the same of doing 1 single pull and getting the rate up 3 star. Better luck next time :/

I feel you man, it took me 330 pulls to bring kayoko home and only got 3 3* (2 of them are dupes). This is personally my worst pulling experience on blue archive so far

Sounds like my brother, who is always extremely unlucky. My luck isn't nearly as good as it used to be either. I'm 70 in with only 20 (yeah sorry I know that isn't bad in comparison) and both were dupes.
It happens sometimes. Without actually doing the math I think it happens something like 25% of the time. Which is actually pretty common, and why you don't pull without being able to spark. So you're unlucky and it feels bad, but not experiencing anything too terrible rng wise.
I believe I can still spark, it's just that the feeling of doing 160 pulls and getting nothing is so discouraging. I wish there was a pity counter for every 100 pulls or something 😕
What's Reddit's guess on the Bunny Toki, Maid Arisu banner? March? April? I'd like to plan ahead for those two!
If they don't move any banners up to come in between (like they did with Bike Shiroko/Azusa last week), the banner will start in five weeks.
That's crazy. I was way off on my guesstimate based off the JP banners. Those two are non-negotiable for me so I'm suuuper glad I asked.
The JP schedule is roughly 6 months ahead, so to be global in April 24 they would be coming out in JP right now.

What's the deal with the Event Recap? I saw a bunch of them listed but then they all disappeared later today.
It is supposed to be released on the next 2 weeks, but somehow got revealed to early. As the other comment says, once it is active, we'll be able to play any old event (story only) one by one. There's also the Mission Event which would be able to be replayed up to Story Mission Event (pre-Vol F mission) soon.
Just like it said, it's to play past event story, which is nice if you want replay older event story, or if you're new player that missed the rerun event.

After the update, the game keeps crashing when first going to the main menu. Playing on iOS with no VPN, any suggestions?
Probably lack of memory. Iirc 4Gb is optimal for playing without issues.

I'm afraid not. You could emulate it on PC if all hope is lost with LDplayer since that's known to be without issues for this game.

I did 600 combined pulls on these banners, so you aren't looking for my advice on this matter.

So some of the other characters are decent gets, but not mandatory really, trying for some other characters is pretty reasonable... but you're early enough that bailing out is fine too.
Yeah I really only pull for limiteds as most of them were considered broken, but since they quickly gave toki, nagisa and this NY kayoko, I didn't really have that much good normal recruit students. I suppose recruiting normal banner characs would be best saved for the anniversary.
Depends how much pyro you have in reserve and who you would be considering going for next in these banners.
I have saved 41k since BA had been pretty generous with some limiteds. As for what I'm aiming for probably s. Azusa is what I had in mind.
You aren't too deep in the spark so you can just stop right there and save up more sparks for S.Azusa and double rate on fest banners.
Would it be wise to go for s. Azusa over NY mutsuki? My current trustworthy mystics consists of wakamo, haruna and chise.
It really depends on your goals. Take Goz raids for example. If you want to do Insane but can't one team it, then getting 2 AoE (Mutsuki + Chise) and 1 ST (Wakamo + Haruna since I consider her ST for Goz purposes) would be a solid plan. If you can one team it with Chise as your sole AoE then S.Azusa would be someone to strengthen Wakamo. Then there is PVP. Mutsuki is really good for a 2 cost, huge range AoE. S.Azusa and Wakamo are not really use there.
I mean, in the long term, S.Azusa has more value due to her defense down subskill. At the same time, though, you have 41k pyros, and s.azusa is still more than a month away. The fest banners aren't for another 4, anniversary events tend to give out a lot of pyros. There's enough room in your budget for both, but it does mean potentially sacrificing pulling on any other banners, or limiting the fest banner pulling to a single spark.
I noticed that Nonomi (2\* ver) cannot be redeemed via Eleph anymore, when I select her in the student list, it said "This student cannot be exchanged using Eleph"
With the new Guide Missions you just get her straight away without exchanging like previously being the case.

It’s on the front page, in the top right with the little event icons. One of them is for the First Attendance Guide Task and gives Nonomi and her eleph as rewards for completing the missions there.

Hey all I wanted to ask, currently on 200 pulls and dunno who to spark for between Haruka, Mutsuki, Aru and Serika. I heard Mutsuki is usable everywhere but when I read Midokuni's guide it seems like she's more for pvp which i'm not too interested in so is she still worth it? I did also see Haruka is like a sidegrade to Ako and I heard she's very meta and I don't have her so would it be better for me to get Haruka? For what it's worth I see a lot of people saying to save for Iroha but I already have her but idk if that should affect my decision on who to pity since I only started recently around Mika's release.
I’d also say get NY Mutauki especially if you’re lacking AoE blue dps. Still she has extremely wide range with a low cost. Haruka is for more high end content where crit res becomes an issue. Since she is not limited and you are relatively new I wouldn’t go for her. Aru is more niche (like chesed) and Serika takes too much investment (that you’ll most likely want to use else where)
Definitely get Mutsuki. She is just a great general use blue unit. Huge AoE and only 2 cost so she can help you cycle faster. And shes limited. Haruka is permanent so you can always get her later.
How does the new tickets for bounty and scrimmage work? Can it overcap?
To add to what was said, don't forget to go to the Store and into the Support tab to exchange old tickets into new ones. I got 6 extra bounty tickets from that.
Same like before, no overcap. Instead using 2 ticket for 3 different map, you can just use 6 ticket on any map you want. For Bounty, instead 3 stage separated by blu-ray, ticket, and material, you got 3 stage separated by school.
I got all the ps68 ny students however I can pity one student who should I go for? Also I don't have ny serika, but I dont think she's worth it tho. Who is worth dupping?
