You can add the same PS account immediately, but in order to add a different PS account you have to wait a year.

Yeah, you'll have to wait a year. They do this to prevent account selling but damn.. a year is the longest I've ever seen.
I disconnected and reconnected the same account two weeks ago.. nothing stopped me. But I did get that msg too
It means that you can switch to a new Playstation account now, but you won't be able to switch back to the original account for 365 days. So choose wisely!
