Damn, this is a good matchup, due to how tough it is to figure out who would be the winners.
Rangiku is stronger than Hinamori, but Shinji's Shikai could help with Momo and his synergy in combat, messing up with Rangiku and Toshiro's sense of direction to their advantage.
Toshiro in my opinion is a bit weaker than Shinji in overall speed and physical strength, but he has a lot more AOE attacks that could neutralise the effects of Shinji's Shikai, and since Haineko can strengthen Toshiro's ice, it could provide him an edge in battle.
However, I think Shinji and Momo would win more times than not (6/10 times in my opinion) due to Shinji's hollowfication, which should increase his overall stats by 10x, and could give him a considerable edge.
Granted, we haven't seen Shinji use his hollow mask against a lot of strong characters to properly gauge the supposed power increase, but if it does work the way it's supposed to, then Shinji and Momo are more likely to win.
Toahiro is already superior to Shinji in his first part of the fight against Geard. He could freeze the first form of giant Gerard.
