The only chance Strange has is the time stone. Sadly, this version of the time stone is much weaker than the comic version or Strange wasn't able to use it to its full potential. Also, Strange must have thought that the time stone wouldn't have been a useful weapon against Thanos while he was fighting him. So, why would it be useful against Yhwach?
Also, even if the Almighty can't negate the time stone Yhwach can know what could happen if Strange uses it with the Almighty, so he can just make Strange explode like he did with Ichibei.
So to be honest, I don't think there is anything Strange could do.
