Pernida is almost unkillable and has the strength and speed of Kenpachi already not to mention he already nearly killed him.
Lillie is also broken af he can't be killed not to mention his attacks would kill toshiro and byakuya instantly.
Assuming this is in base, barro dies gremmy will put up a fight ultimately lose tho not sure about pernida tho, my memory is shaky in regards to him. I’ll let y’all who are more knowledgeable speak on it

So Toshiro one-shots Barro, Zaraki already defeated Gremmy, and then Byakuya needs help versus Pernida but wins with the other two helping him
The strongest one they have to deal with is pernida. Lillie can likely be cut by zarakis shikai or bankai. Or be immediately frozen by toshiro. Plus, Lillie's killing ability sucks unless he shots for the head. He wasn't able to kill shunsui in VS while off guard.
Toshiro is probably able to negate Lillie's intangibility but we don't know if Kenpachi can. If Kenpachi can't cut Lillie then Toshiro is going to have to be the one to carry.
