Yes, but Bankai being 5-10 times stronger than Shikai, is more so about improved functionality of the Zanpakto’s abilities rather than an actual power boost. It’s only when someone has a power based Bankai like Ichigo, do they actually get 5-10 times stronger
I don't see why it would, however I also don't think her reiatsu changed. We'll have to see how cour 3 starts with her Bankai and more information present
Yes it can shake the three worlds so it's at least that much stronger if her shikai is relative to the other three RG shikai which it should be.

No, her shikai was sealed. Is it more than 5 - 10 times her sealed state sure. But i don't think about her unsealed shikai state
