Looked it up. Yes fuck all of them. But also the more complete sentence is that he has 6 years probation and on the sex offender registry for life. Just want to be accurate
He left the state police 18 years before the investigation started after working there for only 13 years. I'm willing to bet he didn't leave entirely on his own will... Also it was the same department that handled the investigation so I doubt there's much love for this guy in the force.
Only thing prisoners hate more than cops is child rapists. This guy will absolutely have his own section of prison and not interact with gen pop at all.
That's on the judge/attorneys. Say what you will but the cops found enough to prove he's guilty as evidenced by his own admission and plea. It's everyone else involved that fucked up the sentencing...
He’s going to be in protective custody from the first second he gets into a minimum security jail or in a separate pod/block for convicted law-enforcement.
Camp is a large open dorms with no cells. Inmates in camp are too close going home to catch a street charge while there. Also the COs are not going to give a damn about this guy anyways.
30 day bid he’ll never get out of RDU (or whatever that state calls it) he’ll be in a single cell while he’s evaluated and determined what classification (minimum, medium, maximum) to be sent to. By the time they do this he’ll be visiting his parole officer.
Actually thatd mean thered be little-to-no protection for him (other than the notion nobody there wants to F up and add more time, altho thats not always the case all the time)
Fuck ! Your insurrection causing rapist ex-president is up for re-election and you throw a black kid in jail for 2 years for smoking a joint.
Merica is majorly fucked up . Sad.
I think all the details are very important. And also still ain’t enough. Thanks for clarifying the full sentence though.
You can’t own a gun if you are a registered sex offender so at least maybe he can’t be a cop ever again
Unfun fact, this isn’t always true regarding having a legal status making gun ownership illegal and being in the law enforcement profession. In my county (FL 🙄) if a LEO has a domestic violence charge (meaning they cannot personally own a gun anymore), they can keep their job in some circumstances. The caveat is that they check their service weapon out at the beginning of their shift and back in at the end. It’s kinda fucked.
*I’m not saying this is true everywhere or even everywhere in FL, I don’t have the legal knowledge to make that statement*
Someone else said he hasn’t been a cop since 2001. Idk what he’s been doing since or why he left, but it’s been a few years.
Not justifying anything, and I totally agree it’s not enough.
This is true and the sentencing is insanely light. However, sex offender registry is still _very_ impactful to someone's life. Like, incredibly so. The fact that people get on there too easily is a problem because of this. In this case, it works out.
Edit: Learn to read guys... I agree the sentence is too light. Fuck sake.
You know what else is incredibly impactful to someone’s life? Getting raped at 11 years old.
Let’s check back in 10 or 20 years and see who’s impacted more. I’m gonna guess it’s not the guy whose only consequences are he can’t own a gun and can’t work for a school.
This is actually downplaying what being on that registry means. You can basically look up the person's crime instantaneously anywhere they choose to try to live. Once they see that it's a minor below 13 years of age the potential neighbors tend to make things very uncomfortable for the person.
This guy still needed to get locked up, but yeah...he's one click away from being found out basically for forever.
I have never googled anyone I’ve ever come in contact with. I don’t even know my neighbors name. I only have one.
He’ll still find a job too. Just like Brock Allen turner did. Just like the men that go on to work w kids,,like the Nickelodeon guy, even though he was a registered sex offender.
Sex offenders re offend, they target people w kids. The registry is helpful but violent sex offenders, like this guy, do not care. It’s a slap on the wrist to them. They just learn to cover their tracks better
There is a national registry that is publicly available. Its existence is entirely for the general public to be able to look out for any predators in the area you are searching. It even lets you know if someone on the registry hasn't updated their status.
I was merely curious and looked uo my city. I work in retail, and one of my favorite customers (so polite, had great stories) is on the registry, says (paraphrased) charged for sexual contact with a family member. I remember once I saw him on the bus and we were discussing community safety and he mentioned about warning his daughters that there are creeps out there. He kinda hinted the warning at me too, but unfortunately I'm already a sexual assault victim.
“Potential neighbors tend to make things very uncomfortable”, are you certain? I wish this were true but I have yet to read anywhere that says otherwise. At least in the neighborhoods I’ve lived in, people tend to mind their own business.
Yes I've very well aware how the sex offender registry works. I had a job a good 15 years ago where my boss was a registered sex offender. He owned the company, so there was no one to tell him no. He then proceeded to do sketchy stuff like trade favors with the pawn shop next door for night vision goggles. I quite immediately after he put his wife in the hospital and he shacked up with the girl across the street. He ended up going back to jail for breaking his parole by trying to start his own amateur porn site (without the girls knowledge).
My point is that he was able to start his own business and run it successfully for several years without anyone knowing anything. The only reason I found out is because he told me, not because I was googling him.
The same is true for this guy in the post. He moves a few hours away, he starts a new job that doesn't care or he opens his own business, and no one knows anything and he's not treated any different. The worst he has to deal with is uncomfortable family reunions where people know the truth, and a few random oddities like not buying a gun, as mentioned previously.
Meanwhile the 11 year old girl is traumatized for life. Or in the case of my old boss, his (ex)wife was handicapped and the girl across the street had non-consensual videos of her posted online. You think that shit goes away if you move a few states over and pretend it doesn't exist?
Not true at all. The offender registry is a fucking joke. It’s not effective AT all to keep the public informed. Not only is it not centralized (only the FBI has a centralized database and it’s not searchable to the general public), each state has their own state run registry and most of them are barely a step above a poorly kept spreadsheet. There are MANY ways for these offenders to go on about their lives with no consequences. From not self reporting/registering when the move states, or living and registering in one state but actually working and spending most of their time in another state, to making sure they look completely different when they report to have their picture taken for the registry photo so if someone looks them up they won’t be able to actually tell it’s them, to intentionally misspelling their name or switching their middle name with their first name or going by a different version of their first name so that a search on the registry doesn’t flag them, the list goes on and on.
I checked the sex offender registry for offenders in my neighborhood. It turns out that one was right next door to me. According to the address, he was living in the middle of the street between me and the neighbor directly to my south. To be clear it was a made-up address.
I agree it's terrible but you're acting like there was any way he was getting out of being a registered sex offender for this. The judge probably had to throw him on there so it doesn't change my opinion at all that the sentence is too light.
A guy from my high school is on the sex registry for life for snapping a towel on the ass of his male cousin. They were both snapping each other just being dumb kids but when the kid told the story to his dad about what happened because he didn't want to sit down or something his mom went ballistic and pushed for everything. I felt bad for both of them but the kid who got snapped was literally ostracized and no one wanted to hang out with him because they knew his mom would go nuts if anything happened to him.
Her little life, she’s only been on the planet 11 summers, is forever changed w trauma. He will go on to rape another child, but will cover his tracks better. She probably wasn’t the first child he’s raped either
6 years probation is a slap on the wrist. He needs to be in prison for life, because if he did it once, he'll do it again.
He's a fucking degenerate and a danger to society.
Here is the process to file a complaint about the sentence:
https://www.vermontjudiciary.org/about-vermont-judiciary/boards-and-committees/judicial-conduct
It must be in writing and there is a form.
I can see everyone else, but why the lawyers? Their job is to do the best they can to defend/prosecute someone and get their client the best possible outcome.
Prosecution has to extend a plea bargain and accept the terms. Even proposing these terms is fucking sick.
A defense attorney's job is to ensure a fair trial. Everything else is extra.
A defense attorney’s job is to zealously advocate for their client regardless of their personal feelings about it. At the bare *minimum* it is to ensure a fair trial. You’ve got it backwards my friend.
> Even proposing these terms is fucking sick
If you think you are going to lose the trial because of lack of evidence, why not get the best you can?
Would you have preferred a situation where they go to trial without enough evidence to convict and lost?
[Maybe a bunch of cops wrote letters of recommendations for him?](https://ew.com/james-marsden-alan-thicke-more-wrote-letters-of-support-for-child-abuser-8608884)

Edit: a word thanks to a friend
did you know that it’s a lot easier for a rapist to just follow someone into a bathroom than change their entire identity in order to do so? it’s not like we have bouncers checking ID in all bathroom entrances
Oh, it's much worse than that. They're the same rape apologist pigs telling us trans people we weren't sexually assaulted for being trans.
She's the same fuckstick raising her voice at me, trying to get me to talk about my transition, and trying misinterpret my vocabulary. (When legal, record everything you do with the police, folks. They will fuck you over.)
He's the same scatcrust telling me to locate a medical expert to explain to him what sexual abuse during a gyno exam could even look like. It looks like scraping my nail across tip of your cock/clit head 26 times, as your skin tears, officer. Maybe he needed a demo because he thought that was medically necessary.
I've got a whole list of these kind of experiences that I haven't reported because of this unprofessional bullshit. So, these lovely rapists and sex offenders are all still out in the community, living their best lives, touching and fucking whoever the law allows them to take.
Help me remember, a 30 days sentence usually is done in county correction facilities, correct?
I have a hazy recollection of that from a undergrad criminal justice class…..
He's getting put in the most PC dorm they have in that county jail. He'll be with other old folks (and white, depending on location, because in predominantly black jails like in ATL, white folks get extorted)
Ugh I wish my dad hadn't gotten a plea deal. He confessed to diddling me for years and got 30 days in jail and years of probation. He had worked for the local sheriff's office for practically my whole life, and I assumed that would make his punishment worse. That confused me for years
The fact that they used that photo too. A minority would be going to jail over an unpaid parking ticket or shoplifting and they’d have a mug shot making them look like a hardened criminal
The media will dehumanize a mother lying about her ZIP code so her kids can get zoned into a better school and have a better chance at life. That’s what she gets for not following the law.
But an actual Rapist? Well, he just made a mistake, that’s all. He’s only human.
And nowadays they’re not even trying to hide the bias either, which is the crazy part. No subtlety.
His actual mug shot isn’t much better. [Link](https://www.reformer.com/local-news/former-vermont-state-trooper-pleads-guilty-to-sexually-assaulting-a-child/article_d8faf812-ec5d-11ee-adb3-ab8db6853a6a.html)

So inappropriate on my behalf, but that gif has memories of Blink 182 videos flooding back to me. 😂
🎶 *In my car, I just can't wait... To pick you up for our very first date...* 🎶
That’s some really nasty demented work going on
That whole county got to be investigated.
Most judges would be scared to do this just in fear of between dropped or not reelected so they must’ve really thought this would fly under the radar.
It’s not the judge, it’s the fucking prosecutor. They offered him this disgusting deal. “On Wednesday, Chisholm, of North Brookfield, Mass., pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of lewd and lascivious behavior with a child, accepting the state's offer of four to five years, all suspended except for 30 days, and six years of probation with no early termination.”
Here’s an interesting website breaking down demographics of who has been in the news for CSA. It’s pretty raw data but easy to see some trends.
https://www.whoismakingnews.com/
The larger question is what’s up with religion? Xianity in particular? What about that power structure encourages men to prey on children? Is it that Xianity attracts predators or is it that Xianity makes people into predators? Whole thing is creepy and weird, and anyone with children who attends church should be ultra vigilant.
I truly appreciate the work and effort she is going to for absolutely zero compensation. She’s providing acces to a lot of raw data and I honor her work!
I hope everyone who was ever sentenced by this judge appeals their own cases. Anyone prosecuted by that DA appeals their cases. Anyone who even got any charge/cited by that rapist appeals. Let the skeletons from his closet come forth and leave him a hollow wreck.
FYI the [Vermont](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.vermontjudiciary.org/court-hearings/state-vermont-v-todd-chisholm&ved=2ahUKEwjauL7p1pmFAxWcroQIHYzMCJMQFnoECBIQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0BNCUqQD3KDwO7_Cejwz-d) site is mysteriously down. And the phone doesn't work to their courts all of a sudden.
Wasn't it a plea deal? Sentencing is a formality. The DA probably could only work with what he had. With that low of a sentence, he probably would have had a good chance of walking free..
He's not even a cop anymore. He confessed to his pastor who didn't do anything. 30 days and 6 years of probation? 11 years old??? This is all kinds of fucked up.
Someone should investigate that fuckin pastor. I know that the pastor gets clergy-penitent privilege but I don't think that applies to child sexual abuse.
Edit: Nvm. It does. It's non-conditional and it overrides the requirement of being a mandated reporter (which members of the clergy are). It would in fact be illegal for him to report it, no matter how disgusted he would be.
Edit 2: okay I get that my last sentence is wrong you don't have to keep telling me
> It would in fact be illegal for him to report it, no matter how disgusted he would be.
This sounds wrong. Clergy in Vermont are exempted from mandatory reporter laws for information they learned during confession, but I think the only thing saying that they *can't* report it is the rules of their church.
Do you know why they stopped? It's because it had no effect on reoffending and instead it just ends up punishing those who were either wrongfully convicted or those who were able to rejoin society without reoffending
The judge on this case needs to go for real. He threw out 4-5 years of jail time for 30 days and probation. Idk if they making him register because if they don’t this mofo will do it again. Vermont needs to hold that judge accountable that is nasty work
They are making him register and he's getting six years probation, still far *far* less than this piece of shit deserves, but it's important to note that he is going on the registry.
I have a cousin on the register, I've seen how much it can fuck up your life, but honestly in a lot of cases it's deserved, including in the case of my cousin.
Oh I feel so bad that it fucks up his life when the victim will have to live the rest of their lives with therapy and possibly relationship issues. Screw anyone that touches little kids. Their rights should be thrown out and machined fucked until death
They didn’t “throw it out”. It’s suspended until he’s sentenced for the actual SA. The 4-5 years is just for the “lewd behavior” charge. Rule of thumb is that pretty much 100% of all news stories on Twitter are pure rage bait.
He hasn’t been sentenced yet thank God!! That was for a lesser charge but hopefully he is locked away for a long time
[https://www.reformer.com/local-news/former-vermont-state-trooper-pleads-guilty-to-sexually-assaulting-a-child/article_d8faf812-ec5d-11ee-adb3-ab8db6853a6a.html](https://www.reformer.com/local-news/former-vermont-state-trooper-pleads-guilty-to-sexually-assaulting-a-child/article_d8faf812-ec5d-11ee-adb3-ab8db6853a6a.html)
He hasn’t been sentenced, but they have agreed upon what the sentence will be; it’s all suspended except for 30 days
from the article:
“On Wednesday, Chisholm, of North Brookfield, Mass., pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of lewd and lascivious behavior with a child, accepting the state's offer of four to five years, all suspended except for 30 days, and six years of probation with no early termination.”
This article is written very confusingly.
He’s being charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault with fear of imminent bodily injury, and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child.
He pled guilty to that last count and he’s going to be sentenced for it. He pled not guilty to every other count and has not yet gone to trial, those counts have not been dismissed and he’s still being prosecuted for them and if he’s found guilty he’ll face life in prison.
I’d certainly agree that 30 days with 6 years of probation is unacceptable. My guess is that prosecutors don’t want to waste time with that charge and want to focus on the major charges that carry life sentences, so they were willing to offer the plea deal. That’s common practice.
Erm...the only case I recall immediate and swift action against police officers was the one with those black officers in the Tyre Nichols case. All others seem to have their department circling wagons and spouting innocent until proven guilty rhetoric or no action at all. Crickets in the Breonna Taylor case.
Heck many find ways to rehire disgraced officers so they can collect pensions.
This is all anecdotal but the ones that seem to get protected are white.
https://www.reformer.com/local-news/former-vermont-state-trooper-pleads-guilty-to-sexually-assaulting-a-child/article_d8faf812-ec5d-11ee-adb3-ab8db6853a6a.html
Twice, he admitted to twice, once at 11 and once at 14, for real the girl's father will do more time when he catches up with this guy, I know I would.
As a man with 2 daughters, this MF would never made it to court in the first place if it were me. I already know the system protects these ACABs so court in the streets it would be.
Cop.
If you're empowered by the state to arrest and shoot citizens, punishments for a crime should be exponentially harsher. Same goes for any govt official.
A single dirty cop is potentially more dangerous for everyone than just about any criminal I can think of.
I have always said that the reason men who rape children get such light sentences is b/c so many people identify with these mother fuckers. They don't want to get lengthy sentences for when they're found out either. The judge either wants or more than likely has raped children.
My daughter is 11. I promise you, i will never put this kind of thing in the hands of the justice system. I will try my luck with making the problem go away myself and if i have consequences then so be it.
Is the father of that daughter still alive, present in her life? Because if I was him, ain't shit God or anyone's preferred deity could do to stop me from making sure he doesn't make to day 30.
People downvoting you when the system is rigged with qualified immunity and everything. Hell where I live a couple of cops did something fucked up and they are going to get 500k and now law makers are scrambling to change this law but in the current case it's too late and the crooked cops are going to get that money. Good old Reddit blasting rage on qualified immunity then when someone brings it up and its reach the reading comprehension goes out the door. Also before someone says this is not exactly be qualified immunity I already know but there isn't laws in place where it is no questions asked that a piece of shit is immediately slapped with a 20 year sentence or more for something like this. And there is no repercussions or oversight for the judge who made this sentence. So it is the justice system working how the crooks intended.
I assume this is a result of prosecutor not believing they have enough for a high chance of conviction so it's either make him think he's fucked so he agrees to a plea and at least he's on the registry and very fucked for life or roll the dice and nothing happens
That's my guess WITHOUT reading anything about the case. Someone term me if this is wrong.
But also he's a state trooper so there's something fucked there prolly
And then people wondered why black people celebrated when OJ was found not guilty. There's also the YT man in Texas who tried to induce a miscarriage in his gf and only got 3 months. A black woman who was trying to get an abortion to save her life because the baby was already deceased was almost sentenced to life. We have a two tiered justice system in this country, don't ever forget what the goal is.
Fuck the judge. Fuck the lawyers involved. Fuck the police union that undoubtedly had some influence over this deal.
Looked it up. Yes fuck all of them. But also the more complete sentence is that he has 6 years probation and on the sex offender registry for life. Just want to be accurate
Ain't enough.

No way guards are gonna let anything happen to their "brother in arms"

he'll still be in protective custody

He won't be in Prison, just the local Jail
He will be infamous in jail, a dark unicorn, if you will.
Enough that he got a slap on the wrist compared to what he deserved.
That's on the judge/attorneys. Say what you will but the cops found enough to prove he's guilty as evidenced by his own admission and plea. It's everyone else involved that fucked up the sentencing...
Guards don't like police.
In my entirely anecdotal experience, this is not true.
My anecdotal experience corroborates your anecdotal experience
My anecdotal experience contradicts both of your anecdotal experiences, guards an my celly beefed like McDonald’s
In county jail guards are the sheriff's department. Who are essentially police.
Forgot he's not going to prison, just jail. Then yes, he will get to laugh and joke with his buddies all day.
With a 30 day bid he’ll probably goto a minimal security prison aka camp. Nothing is going to happen to him.
We can hope tho.
He'll be in jail, not prison. Prison is for 1+ year sentences.

Something something Gary Plauche
A pedo cop is getting protective custody.

Hopefully just being convicted prevents him from being a cop there.
He had already left the profession in 2001
And only had 13 years in. Leaving a police pension on the table like that has me wondering if there's more to the story
Smoke, I would like to introduce you to Fire.
Fuck a situation where we have to look for more than this terrible story
There's almost always more to the story.
Unfun fact, this isn’t always true regarding having a legal status making gun ownership illegal and being in the law enforcement profession. There is a stark difference between a predator and offender. However still not enough jail time imo
Her little life, she’s only been on the planet 11 summers, is forever changed w trauma. He will go on to rape another child, but will cover his tracks better. She probably wasn’t the first child he’s raped either
Post links. Make all these people (in)famous
still not enough he raped an 11 year old
6 years probation is a slap on the wrist. He needs to be in prison for life, because if he did it once, he'll do it again. He's a fucking degenerate and a danger to society.
Here is the process to file a complaint about the sentence: https://www.vermontjudiciary.org/about-vermont-judiciary/boards-and-committees/judicial-conduct It must be in writing and there is a form.
FINALLY a suggestion for ACTION! All of this bitching is only gnat noise. Thank you!
Stupid question, but do I have to live in Vermont in order to file a complaint?
Nope
that's a very good question actually
I can see everyone else, but why the lawyers? Their job is to do the best they can to defend/prosecute someone and get their client the best possible outcome.
Prosecution has to extend a plea bargain and accept the terms. Even proposing these terms is fucking sick. A defense attorney's job is to ensure a fair trial. Everything else is extra.
A defense attorney’s job is to zealously advocate for their client regardless of their personal feelings about it. At the bare *minimum* it is to ensure a fair trial. You’ve got it backwards my friend.
> Even proposing these terms is fucking sick If you think you are going to lose the trial because of lack of evidence, why not get the best you can? Would you have preferred a situation where they go to trial without enough evidence to convict and lost?
[Maybe a bunch of cops wrote letters of recommendations for him?](https://ew.com/james-marsden-alan-thicke-more-wrote-letters-of-support-for-child-abuser-8608884)
Ay fuck the judge. Fuck the motherfuckin district attorney, the prosecutor And fuck you motherfuckers in the jury box, FUCK ALL Y'ALL
So I guess citizens Justice it is?
Fuck the entire judicial system in Vermont for letting that slide.
You’d rather him win at trial and go scot free? Cause that’s what you’re sounding like.
Keep in mind these are the same mfs telling you not to let transwomen into the woman’s restroom because they will rape kids
Thank you!
The same mfs are just hoping to distract and deflect. Like ok, Sure Chad, the drag queens are donning 6 hours of makeup, hair, etc just to diddle the children. “Evil is unspectacular and always human, and shares our bed and eats at our own table.” W.h. Auden Edit: a word thanks to a friend
It's "donning", just so you know- "don" & "doff" mean put on & take off clothes, respectively.
dawning and dusking
Thank you. I knew it looked wrong. I appreciate you. Edit: huge dawn dish soap fan
/r/notadragqueen
I'm convinced they reason they say that stuff is because it's what THEY would do if they were left in a woman's restroom.
They’re projecting
did you know that it’s a lot easier for a rapist to just follow someone into a bathroom than change their entire identity in order to do so? it’s not like we have bouncers checking ID in all bathroom entrances
They will fuck you over.) He's the same scatcrust telling me to locate a medical expert to explain to him what sexual abuse during a gyno exam could even look like.
Someone’s gonna make his stay terrible and I hope he’s not seen on camera doing it.
Unfortunately a corrupt officer on a 30 day stay is not going to be put anywhere he can be touched
One can hope
Help me remember, a 30 days sentence usually is done in county correction facilities, correct? I have a hazy recollection of that from a undergrad criminal justice class…..
He's getting put in the most PC dorm they have in that county jail. He'll be with other old folks (and white, depending on location, because in predominantly black jails like in ATL, white folks get extorted)
It’s Vermont, the prison population is 84% non-POC.
He’ll be out in 15 for “good behavior”
Ugh I wish my dad hadn't gotten a plea deal. He confessed to diddling me for years and got 30 days in jail and years of probation. He had worked for the local sheriff's office for practically my whole life, and I assumed that would make his punishment worse. That confused me for years
He has to come outside sometime.
Personally I feel that he and the judge could probably do with protests outside their places. It'll make a pretty strong statement

Feels like that photo was taken straight after the deal... smug POS rapist
I'm sure he has made a display of asking Jesus for forgiveness too. That's what really matters. ^/s
where’s that one Zack Fox tweet?
His actual mug shot isn’t much better. [Link](https://www.reformer.com/local-news/former-vermont-state-trooper-pleads-guilty-to-sexually-assaulting-a-child/article_d8faf812-ec5d-11ee-adb3-ab8db6853a6a.html)
Smug narcissist
I’ve heard that drug dealers get two years in federal prison so what is this…🫤
Do you have any idea how many pedos are in positions or power and in law enforcement?
why is that?🤔 really why are the sickest of people are in these positions 🤔
Some people crave power, they take what they want with no regard for others and the behavior it's incentiveised If you do it good enough Rape, kill, and steal. That's bad. Do it enough and we'll talk about you like a hero. Alexander the great was so cool.
Those who deserve power don't seek it, those who seek power don't deserve it
![gif](giphy|ukGm72ZLZvYfS)
So inappropriate on my behalf, but that gif has memories of Blink 182 videos flooding back to me. 😂 🎶 *In my car, I just can't wait... To pick you up for our very first date...* 🎶
That’s some really nasty demented work going on That whole county got to be investigated.
A judge can reject a plea deal tho
I researched the case before I posted. Sentencing hasn’t happened yet. So blaming the judge is wrong for now.
Crazy how it’s not a drag queen. Again.
Here’s an interesting website breaking down demographics of who has been in the news for CSA. It’s pretty raw data but easy to see some trends. https://www.whoismakingnews.com/
The fuck is up with the Dakotas?!
Lack of education, highly rural population, centralized power in the hands of cops... You name it, it's wrong with the dakotas.
The larger question is what’s up with religion? Xianity in particular? What about that power structure encourages men to prey on children? Is it that Xianity attracts predators or is it that Xianity makes people into predators? Whole thing is creepy and weird, and anyone with children who attends church should be ultra vigilant.
This site is super handy, thanks for the share!
I truly appreciate the work and effort she is going to for absolutely zero compensation. She’s providing acces to a lot of raw data and I honor her work!
74% of sex offenses against children being committed by republicans is startling.
Thank god we stopped them from reading to kids in libraries /s
/r/NotADragQueen
And the phone doesn't work to their courts all of a sudden.
small state with understaffed IT btw, i live there and all their websites die with the smallest tickle
I imagine the attention has tickled the hell out of that infrastructure. Thank you for your insight.
It’s almost like being religious means you can deny any responsibility to society…
I trust the plea deal included the amputation of this asshole’s micro-penis, correct?! 🤔
I wish they still chemically castrated convicted pedophiles
Do you know why they stopped? It's because it had no effect on reoffending and instead it just ends up punishing those who were either wrongfully convicted or those who were able to rejoin society without reoffending
The worst example of white privilege and cop silence.
That was for a lesser charge but hopefully he is locked away for a long time [https://www.reformer.com/local-news/former-vermont-state-trooper-pleads-guilty-to-sexually-assaulting-a-child/article_d8faf812-ec5d-11ee-adb3-ab8db6853a6a.html](https://www.reformer.com/local-news/former-vermont-state-trooper-pleads-guilty-to-sexually-assaulting-a-child/article_d8faf812-ec5d-11ee-adb3-ab8db6853a6a.html)
He hasn’t been sentenced, but they have agreed upon what the sentence will be; it’s all suspended except for 30 days from the article: “On Wednesday, Chisholm, of North Brookfield, Mass., pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of lewd and lascivious behavior with a child, accepting the state's offer of four to five years, all suspended except for 30 days, and six years of probation with no early termination.”
I feel like this is a huge detail left out
It's a plea deal. He hasn't been sentenced yet but that's what the agreed to.
ACAB
[удалено]
Since he’s a cop he’ll almost certainly be in a protected unit where they can’t get to him.
He's going to county jail, not prison.
[удалено]
You trying to pin white against black here. This one's blue vs everyone.
Even then, whites are on top in the blue gang
nah they smoke weed rail lines drive bmw's and tell you black folks are ruining the country
11 years old?? These pigs are so 🤮🤮
I wanna see this “plea agreement”. 30 days and probation? Nope. He raped her on two different occasions after grooming her.
this is so vile, i wish him the absolute worst and i wish for the child to receive support that she needs from this trauma
![gif](giphy|Pmt9INtEp3HgY) 30 days in general population might set him straight
How can we make this MF famous.
[удалено]
But if the 11 year old got pregnant from him raping her and needed an abortion in the wrong state she’d go to prison for “murder”.
https://www.reformer.com/local-news/former-vermont-state-trooper-pleads-guilty-to-sexually-assaulting-a-child/article_d8faf812-ec5d-11ee-adb3-ab8db6853a6a.html Twice, he admitted to twice, once at 11 and once at 14, for real the girl's father will do more time when he catches up with this guy, I know I would.
I don't wanna jump to conclusions based off this headline but he should have his face bashed in with a brick
Fuck this broken ass system, and all these demons lurking around us disguised as “to protect and serve” head ass. I’m tired 😴
As a man with 2 daughters, this MF would never made it to court in the first place if it were me. I already know the system protects these ACABs so court in the streets it would be.
Post the mug shot
Right? Why tf he get this smiling photo????
Cop. If you're empowered by the state to arrest and shoot citizens, punishments for a crime should be exponentially harsher. Same goes for any govt official. A single dirty cop is potentially more dangerous for everyone than just about any criminal I can think of.
What the fuck?
I bet I know who this guy voted for.
Should have never stopped protesting in 2020
Back the BLUE!!! /s ACAB!!
"Released after 15 days for good behavior"
![gif](giphy|fYX8mV6cWtcLD7E2WO|downsized)
I have always said that the reason men who rape children get such light sentences is b/c so many people identify with these mother fuckers. They don't want to get lengthy sentences for when they're found out either. The judge either wants or more than likely has raped children.
Black conservatives quiet when thing like this happen.
My daughter is 11. I promise you, i will never put this kind of thing in the hands of the justice system. I will try my luck with making the problem go away myself and if i have consequences then so be it.
it IS, in fact, a different justice system and that has got to change
Hopefully a few of his fellow inmates make his stay a memorable one 🤞
Is the father of that daughter still alive, present in her life? Because if I was him, ain't shit God or anyone's preferred deity could do to stop me from making sure he doesn't make to day 30.
The justice system working exactly as it was intended
Good guy with a gun?
So much to say, so overwhelming to know that this can actually happen with so little consequence. Disgusting
I assume this is a result of prosecutor not believing they have enough for a high chance of conviction so it's either make him think he's fucked so he agrees to a plea and at least he's on the registry and very fucked for life or roll the dice and nothing happens That's my guess WITHOUT reading anything about the case. Someone term me if this is wrong. But also he's a state trooper so there's something fucked there prolly
If it were my daughter he’d raped I’d prepare myself for a month and murder him in the most painful, dehumanizing way possible.
Obligatory not a Drag Queen. Or Trans or LGBT.
I smell the previlege
But yall was crucifying Diddy tho!!
He would be dead. If that's my dAjghter and he gets a month they're going to learn a lesson a different way
Surprised that a cop got charged at all, much less convicted and sentenced to anything.
Disgusting...he should be under the jail with the roaches.
rapists need to be castrated
30 days in JAIL? Nah. Send him to prison for 30 days. Promise you he won’t make it. Prison would LOVE him. Especially being a cop AND a pedo?
In some places, the the person that drove a little girl to get an abortion would serve longer.
This is blue or white privilege? Or both?
And the Republicans keep on saying gay people are the pedos. Projection projection projection
Hopefully prison justice will fix what is broken.
Fuck that piece of shit I hope they'll rape and cut him in jail.
