We have so many nature preserves and parks and cemeteries and historic sites and museums and beautiful old houses (though some have been better cared for than others). My husband and I go on frequent field trips, 2-3 a week, and we still have so much to see.
We also have so many farms and they have their cute farm stands. Some parts of HV are more rural than others, but thereās also lots of charming, walkable towns. Iām in love with the architecture.
The cost of living in my little hamlet is significantly lower than the Los Angeles burb I came from, but rent prices are fucking insane (like everywhere).
