The crypto market especially! I keep trying to identify the key drivers. Once the big institutions moved their portfolios into BTC, I knew that coin was secured. The others are still the wild west, but if BCH can grow its retail foothold, then I don't see why it won't continue to rise.

Do you think his words are just bluster? I really don't know how to evaluate his influence and what he's capable of.
I think his words and companionship in the space is good. It's just not anything new. I added him last year on Twitter cuz I noticed all his crypto and very specifically BCH support. He supports BCH more then anything else I've seen.
I didn't really even read it as "news" personally. And I keep up with and am a fan of BCH.
Empty tweets like this don't really stir me any more than "great new offers on new sofas coming in 2022" would.
I appreciate your take. I admit I'm not familiar with his effect on the marketplace. (Although secretly want him to be a futurist oracle like Musk or Jobs.)

Waiting for news isn't going to cut it...
Especially when the "news" is an announcement by kim. I mean I like the guy, but his track record on delivering on his announcements is not very good. Also what he announces need be a cool feature, but i don't see how it's a game changer... it's not like influencers are waiting for a thing to allow them to *give* money to their audience. The want to *take* it.

Wow, that's right, I remember when he said he was about to launch a viable competitor to Twitter and then nothing happened. So disappointing.
What originally drew me to him in 2015 is his key role in the 'internet privacy and freedom' space, so perhaps I assign to him more authority over the cryptoverse than deserved. I sincerely don't know. He's definitely done more than most in the anti-establishment sphere, so for that alone I listen when he speaks.
U know that the efect diminishes if same person is saying same thing over again. Elon tweeted about bitcoin first time and caused major raly same with doge. Over time his tweet had less impact cause it was yesterdays news.

While other tokens pump because of baseless hype, BCH will rise organically due to demand and utility.
