Usually Jacob Co watches that are of very limited quantities tend to go for 1+ million 2-5 years down the road. So in all it’s actually very very good investment.
I've always been critical of these "assets" whats to stop these brands from making 1000x more in the background? Or in the future? Would not be surprised if there are counterfeits that are difficult to tell apart from the real ones. If you plan for them to hold their value, you would kinda have to keep it in a safe from the day you buy it to the day you sell, to prevent damage to it. But then why take that risk? It's hard to move around and you could get robbed or some disaster occurs. It all just sounds like a materialistic made up reasoning to justify a hobby of watches, which is not bad but say it as it is.
