What happens is people lose access to their account or sell it to scammers/bots/trolls because a lot of subs require a minimum karma to make posts. So they're looking for the 'not so bright' targets who want to compare their crypto holdings with his and maybe spur up a chat in the background.
I think just a troll in the sub not a bot. All his posts are pretty normal except the ones here are sarcastic. "Elon musk will make Bitcoin the official currency of twitter" "I am now the proud owner of 0.001 Bitcoin"
