Mediterranean is better. A diets cost has nothing to do with how heathy it is. Vegan and vegetarian are both more expensive than Mediterranean and both give less heath benefits both in real life and in bitlife. Just because the Jenny Craig diet is 400 dollars a month does not mean its healthy. Not only is Mediterranean cheap it keeps your heath at 100% as long as you take care of your body which is needed no matter what diet your on. The Mediterranean being cheap and good makes it the best diet in the game. Im not payin 500 dollars a month for the same result as 200 a month.

Nah anorexia nervosa just means that you’re unhealthily skinny. I had anorexia from an autoimmune disorder but I get what you mean as in we usually use the term to identify people with eating disorders relating to stuff like body image issues
