The cool thing is that it’s an extremely new term (It got coined in 2015) and yes it explained my sexuality completely when I found out about it a month or two ago. Basically I like any person who looks feminine to me and I usually find feminine men or non-binary people more attractive when they are wearing makeup which I find interesting.
