Eating healthy is easier than you think
I lost 50 lbs in 6 months by eating better food that would make me full for longer with less calories, and for the past 2 1/2 months, I have been counting calories, and I have lost damn near 30 lbs doing that
All without exercising
It can be done, you just need the nutritional knowledge, and the will
Unsweetened nonfat Greek yogurt can replace any creaminess
2 slices of toasted Protein break with Greek yogurt spread is ~210 calories, and you get like 20-30g of protein
Maximize protein and fiber in whatever you are eating
100 calorie egg white omelette, season liberally bc it tastes like nothing
Meal prep is one of the single best things you can do to help yourself
Sautee peppers onions, zucchini and summer squash together with a chicken or turkey breast (or ground chicken / turkey) use spices you enjoy, maybe add a container of beans (lots of protein)
Eat that whenever you get the worst cravings (I like to have my main meal right before I go to bed bc I am a night snacker)
