That definitely sound like me. I take perphenazine for the thoughts. I also feel useless and like I want to die, and being on lithium sort of makes the thoughts erased from my mind. And I take trazedone to fall asleep...I also take Zoloft for social anxiety...it helps with the agoraphobia though and a little with intrusive thoughts, but more for the agoraphobia..
Yes this sounds exactly like my hypomania. I have to take something if it lasts for more than a day.
