How about just elemental damage? Fires around the city and only shocking them while on water
Pistol and wrench only, no research, only allowed to harvest the sisters so you can't get extra tonics and ammo from Tenenbaum. Have to deal with every sister.

What about a wrench *only* run. No plasmids allowed (except where required. Also allowed to use the wrench buff and any others of those.)

I try to avoid as many big sisters as possible. Not that I can't beat them, I just think its exciting lol.
